My car had stopped shifting into 3rd gear the day before I drove it in your shop. I drove it in the…read morenext day told him the problem and he checked my transmission fluid and scanned my car to pull the codes. He told me the codes came back to "internal transmission failure" when it was codes for burnt transmission fluid and the overdrive solenoid/TCC. After he figured this out, he came back in and told me worse case scenario it would need a new torque converter (which doesn't make sense since it wasn't slipping) and quoted me 1500$ to replace it. He then told me it would cost 3000$ to overhaul the transmission, but it would cost me 200$ to diagnose it further. After I figured this out I was floored and decided to deal with it on my own. After one simple Google search I figured out it was TCC boost valve clip. Infact this is such a common problem with these transmissions that dodge sells an updated version of this part. I spent 40$ and two hours fixing my transmission when your shop wanted to charge me thousands. This was the first time I have taken a vehicle to a shop to have work done on it, and it was an unbelievably terrible experience. You run a shop full of thieves .

I took it to Eddie @ Superior and he rebuilt the transmission because 3rd gear was completely shot, and now the truck works GREAT. Eddie also fixed my transmission temperature gauge and fuel pressure gauge at no cost. After Eddie fixed the transmission, I did take it back to the first guy and he refunded my $, so not all was bad with the 1st shop. I HIGHLY recommend Superior. Then 4 weeks of not answering texts or phone calls. They had ample time and opportunity to have it repaired but instead GHOSTED me. So I had it fixed at another shop before it ruined the transmission. Immediately after I sent them the bill the contacted me. TOO LITTLE....TOO LATE. They said repair should costs $175 parts and labor, but the bill was over $1,300.00 They STILL HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME AND ARE GHOSTING ME AGAIN.

However, when I went to Firestone, they said because of policy, they could only empty out all the oil and I needed to rebuy oil to fill it up to the right amount I call this place, Eric picks up the phone. And he was so accommodating!!! He told me that he could empty out the extra oil, and put the extra oil in a new container. My gosh, I'm so grateful that they helped me out I was feeling so sad at the idea of having to rebuy oil all over again, but these folks came through! Thank you Eric! Hooray to this place! When I arrived, it wasn't an establishment like "Discount Tire, Martin Tire, or Firestone," but unlike those other locations, they immediately took care of my tire, and I was out of there in approx 30 minutes. They speak both English and Spanish and accept cash and credit cards. They also explained that their schedule might not reflect so, but they usually close around 8 pm. (10 am to approximately 8 pm)
