In this particular one, I experienced the most outstanding customer service. Not only were they keen to help, and knew their products well, but apologized for being in the way while they were stocking shelves. I have never had a proper apology for that in any supermarket ever! They moved and offered to take down anything I might need from a shelf I couldn't reach. (also a first!) It really made we want to return, but unfortunately I moved quite far away, so had to change convenience stores. So if you happen to be living in the area or passing through, pop in!

Great bakery, very nice local produce, what appeared to be a good selection of meats, cheeses and dry grocery. Check out can be a tad slow so be prepared to wait. A large personal hygiene center and pharmacy give you pretty much everything you need. We look forward to stops at other locations and hope they will be half as good as this location.

I grabbed 6-7 of them & they only costed $3.5 NZ dollars. For a fruit that has so many health benefits, it is a bargain. Feijoa taste like a combination of pineapple, Apple and mint. It is low glycemic, high fiber, potassium, lots of vitamin C, B, and prevents colon cancer, defense again depression and infection. It is soft inside, you eat it by cutting it in half and scope out the meat inside, like eating kiwi. Totally in love with Feijoa!

Chips galore, pasta, canned tuna, you name it and they've probably got it. They've got a deli section, a small bakery, and fresh fruit and vegetables. Things worth buying here: The lamb sausage, Bluebird Chicken potato chips, and one of the best chocolate milks ever made, the Puhoi Valley Real Belgian Chocolate Milk. So freakin' good, you gotta try it! They've even got different KitKats, and a wide variety of Whitman's chocolates to give away as souvenirs. Other than that, the prices seem reasonable, but I'd rather get my sweets and alcohol over at a New World location.

The owner and manager really set this food mart apart from similar superette offerings. He is super friendly and genuinely interested in his customers. Beware!!! Bought a large bag of Maxi Cat cat kibble which cost $50 from memory. Can't see any BB…read moredate on it. Gave some to my cat, next thing he has a broken tooth and won't touch it. Tested it with a knife to see how hard it was and the pieces are like pebbles and need a meat cleaver to split them. Took cat to vet for extraction under general anaesthetic- cost $750. I'm fuming. Cat won't go near the stuff now even chopped into little pieces and soaked in water and I don't blame him

As you enter, the supermarket has an ATM machine, dry cleaners, lotto outlet and a florist just through the barriers for the shopper's convenience. There is ample fruit & Vege, small bakery section, endless aisles of products offering plenty of fresh and packaged goods, poultry, dairy and frozen items. Oh, also great wine stockists! Plenty of Pinot, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc! This place is open 24hrs I think, brilliant parking, 12-item express lanes, self check-out and great discounts with your 'onecard' (loyalty) card!
