Well Reliant is consistent with providing the most sub par care I have ever witnessed regardless of their location. I have been in the medical field for over 30 years and this is a shit show. Unfortunately, they have a strong hold in our area and it's difficult to avoid them depending on insurance. Now we are up to three family members with a missed Cancer diagnosis due to the Dr's and Reliant's incompetence. As diligent as as we were, insisting on testing regarding concerns, this place literally plays kick the can with our lives. I cannot believe they're in business . I know many will disagree with me but probably have not had very serious concerns and symptoms. They're probably quite competent in dealing with bruises and hang nails I can't warn you enough. Friendly welcoming on entry to building, provided a brand new mask and directed to hand sanitizing station before checking in. All the staff were very nice and attentive. Seen very promptly. Generally they're great, but it's been brought to my attention that, during the initial office visit when they rattle through all the questions, specifically "do you have any allergies", they don't actually listen to your response. At all. We've been telling our office for 16 years that our kids havr seasonal allergies, they nod, and continue. It came up this week that that was important, but I guess they only care if you say "latex" or "shellfish", not "every wildflower in New England". No one ever noted it on their records. Interestingly, they claim because the kids haven't gone for specific allergy testing, they can't tick the box. Good luck to you if you tell them you have a latex allergy, without that testing they won't believe you. So, just sit quietly in stony silence until they give up and go let the Dr. know you're ready. Next time we have a peds visit, I'm going to bring a sheaf of goldenrod to shake in the exam room. I get they're doing the best they can in some pretty wretched times, but this discovery was a pretty big disappointment in 16 otherwise stellar years of service. read more

My daughter's latest visit was very disappointing. She was not seen by her primary care, but did have an appointment. She was sent to the ER to get a simple blood test that should have been performed there as it has been in the past. From 1:15 until 6:30 she waited for blood to be drawn. It was not until 9:15 when she was called back in to confirm what we had expected. Since when do underage teenagers go to the ER for a yeast infection. The doctor at Reliant did not want to be bothered having her blood drawn and giving her a prescription. When I called the nurses, they insisted that I stay at the ER instead of going to an Urgent Care facility. Now we are getting all the co-pays from the ER department, not to mention we were sent to St. Vs. We had a scheduled appointment, the doctor on call should have done his job instead of spending a total of 10 minutes with her and sending her off to the ER. 1st time here and I'm actually hard of hearing even with newly implanted cochlear and not up to a good program for speech yes brain still has a lot to learn, and what all employees need to use a visible mask cause I still have to read lips i asked a doctor and a nurse to use one they said don't have any but they try to talk to me as clear as they could and I also was able to use my phone's text to speech was very helpful. read more

Recently I realized my annual physical was coming up and knowing my cholesterol #'s have been high, I decided to see if my Dr. wanted me to have a fasting cholesterol test done. Whoever replied in MyChart said YES, pls fast & come into the lab a few days before your appt. So I fasted, & got there early. The technician took three vials of blood, so I assumed - my mistake, I should have asked. Yup, when I saw my Dr. she said "didnt you have your cholesterol test done?" Noboby had an answer as to why the test was not done, so guess what, I had to fast AGAIN and go BACK. I wasnt too happy. read more

Used the physical therapy team for breaking up scar issue after food surgery. They had a variety of tools and options to help me out. They gave me exercises to do st home. This (for profit) medical group does not have its stuff together. Recent experiences: They hire a doctor to replace one who retired who could not get certified for months. When we finally get to see her, she jumps on a reported symptom that was present for years with a high dose of medication that was unwarranted, and dangerous - simply because she didn't ask how long the symptom was present. Fortunately a change of doctors fixed that. When we changed doctors, the first conversation from that doctor, as he entered the exam room, was that he would not be able to see us very much because he had too many patients - 2300 vs 300 for the uncertified doctor. That attitude disappeared on later visits, but still. Then an echocardiogram was performed. The technician stated the report would be ready in a week. But three weeks later is was "still in process" and I couldn't get a copy of it. I asked three different people about this and got three different answers. Then there's blood tests: You check them on MyChart or MyQuest and see results either in red or with exclamation marks that are declared "normal" by the doctors. My all time angry moment was when I saw a doctor there after suffering flu-like symptoms for two weeks and was told, "I was getting old". A couple of weeks later I felt a little better, but never did find out what was wrong. read more
