I rushed my precious 14 month old in due to high fever with fast breathing and we were cared for quickly from time of check-in. The nurse was so kind and diligent checking him. We then had a little wait until the doctor came in and my son was not having it and was crying loud enough to be heard the room over. I finally got him calmed, and when Dr. Trinh came in he approached tactfully as he knew he had just recovered from the big melt down. He was soo calm and gentle and was able to diagnose my son's pneumonia quickly. I wish every pediatric appointment would be this swift and accurate. I am so grateful for my son's care!

We cannot say enough good about the professional expertise and compassionate care of the staff at this facility. We sleep worry-free at night knowing our family member is getting the best care and we will be notified if we are needed. We are grateful for the patience of the staff who are always ever ready to answer our questions, calm our fears and support us in this difficult journey. We are always greeted with compassion and our family member has been consistently clean, well cared for and comfortable... They are providing her and us with the very best at the end of her life and for that we will always choose Life Care as our first option for care and encourage others to do the same.

Several people stand out: nurses Lydia, Vivian and Abu, each of whom made me feel my health was important to them; OT Rachel B, who is an amazing person with all sorts of tricks to make living independently with a broken hip possible;; Mary C, PT, who was contstantly enthusiastic and supportive; Dr. Dain and Dr. Brown, who visited daily to check vital signs and ask how I was doing. The food was not exciting, but it was well-prepared and you could chose your own meals. Quite frankly, I was surprised by what a positive experience it was to be at Fairlawn. I was there 11 days. This center was almost as good. The care my mother got here for the last week of her life was amazing. They not only took care of her but they took care of us. We were there from sunup to sundown and once over night and they always brought refreshments, food and comfort. Thank you to all the people who work there that showed her respect, comfort, a warm hand on her arm, a smile, encouragement, a hug, a tear and privacy when it was over. I cannot say enough..
