Been going there since they first opened. They are the best, always on time and always do a comprehensive follow-up.

Actuall joke, they'll tell you to go somewhere else and at the end of the day, don't care about their patients mental health.

This was my second '5 year' colonoscopy with these folks. Again I give them an A. From the moment…read moreI called them till I was being wheeled back out to the parking lot things went very smoothly. And though I am still tired from the prep, bad sleep the night before and so forth I had to write how wonderfully I was taken care of. Yes, it can be hard to reach them on the phone but I did a few times and a few times I left a message and had my call returned same or next day. And the questions I had were answered with care and I felt like I was not alone as these days; ask around, if you even need to, but the old culture of lots of time with any health provider office is 'gone baby gone' (And I'm on the anxious side of things when it comes to medical stuff). But, what really blew me away was their care when I got to Milford Hospital for the procedure. Dr. Crimaldi, the anesthesiology team, the general staff, the nurses on the floor and those in the room during the colonoscopy, and the volunteer wheel chair pushers were top notch-as well as a bit down to earth to help take the edge off. My medical hx and needs were double/triple checked, I was made comfortable with blankets and chit-chat, asked a few times if there was anything they could answer for me, and more. As a psychologist specializing in anxiety I can tell you few folks from airline workers to dental practices know much about how to make a 'nerved up' situation much better... while doing their jobs at a high level-but these folks have it down. And I felt very comfortable with how I was going to be put under and the expertise and confidence of the folks caring for me. The procedure went roughly on time, I slept like a baby being put out with out realizing it at all , and was told right when I woke up that all was fine and how to reconnect with my wife in the waiting area. I feel extremely fortunate to have such top notch care at Milfored G.A. and Milford hospital-- equal to or better than what I have received in all the big hospitals in Boston (at 60 I've had my share of doctor visits). Best of luck.

After the appointment when I saw the doctor at 5:15. There was no one left in the office besides me and the doctor. I need to schedule a colonoscopy and a follow up appointment. No one has called me to give me a day I've called the office and no one has called me back. If you were to come my business and I treated you like this and made you wait you would go somewhere else. Unfortunately there is no one else for me to go to that's in my area. Otherwise I'd be gone. I've been dealing with a digestive problem for over three years now and nobody has been able to do anything about it. I'm very disappointed.

I made a careless mistake and devastatingly cut my thumb. My dreams of becoming a hand model were…read morecut down, literally. As a man who avoids medical treatment and relies on brute masculinity to get by, the threshold for visiting an urgent care for a wound is high. After losing approximately 99% of my total blood capacity (give or take), it was determined that stitches were unavoidable. My wife wouldn't let me use the staple gun to perform the procedure myself, so off to urgent care we went. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by how remarkably clean and modern the office looked. After just a couple of minutes for registration and another couple of minutes in the waiting room, I was called back by a very pleasant medical assistant - I believe her name was Nicole (I'm not 100% sure because I couldn't read her badge because I had something in my eyes, definitely not tears) who was patient and kind even though I wasn't quite myself that day and may have been a bit short with her, possibly due to the nearly complete loss of blood. She efficiently cleansed the wound and prepped everything for the PA, Rachel, who seemed equally pleasant. Rachel explained what her approach was going to be and assured me that this, in fact, a major major injury. Though I told her that the pain medication wasn't necessary, she numbed the thumb and put in 6 stitches. She then cleaned everything up and gave pretty clear instructions for the aftercare. I think that it is important to note that my wife complimented Rachel's suturing technique and thought she did a great job. My experience at the Milford Regional Urgent Care in Medway was surprisingly excellent from start to finish...even though I was only there for a total of 45 minutes. As a man who is slow to seek medical care, I would definitely recommend this urgent care, and Nicole and Rachel specifically, for your next major laceration repair.

They used to be good when they first started- I don't know what went wrong…read more The last time I was there (last October and I would not go back) it stated online that the wait time was 20 mins. It took us 10 mins to get there bc we were already in Milford, and I had to wait 2 hours. Thought I was at the ER for the moment with that wait time. 20 mins versus two hours is unacceptable. Additionally as another reviewer said you wait and pay your copay and you're telling them you have had sinus pain for 3 weeks and the PA says wait another week. Sure bc lets make this sinus infection worse. She told me to take Tylenol and over the counter Flonase even when I told her Sudafed and Advil weren't working. She told me that everyone that had come in that day had similar symptoms and it's a virus. Just guessed at it. Meanwhile I call my allergist he takes a ct scan of my sinuses as it had been a while and I indeed was showing a sinus infection - so he put me on augmentin. I saw this place on the 29th and he got me in on the 31st and said they got this all wrong. Just go to your real primary care physician or specialist as I did in this case. Yes it's easier to just walk in on a weekend when your doctors aren't in - but in the long run you'll be seeing your own dr after your visit here and you'll have paid two co pays at this point. Sad to see this place go downhill like that.
