Ive had a few different doctors at reliant because they kept leaving. they are uncaring. Ive been to GI who blew me off completely Ive been to dermatology who acted like I shouldn't be there for a skin scan which there is a lot of skin cancer in my family so my mother suggested i go yearly to just have them look at all of my marks to be sure nothing changes She does this and said its a normal thing. well the dermatologist I saw treated me like I was wasting his time being there. My primary was useless she acts like she's scared to touch me when doing exam never smiled and just had a vibe that made me feel like she didn't like me even though I would smile and TRY to conversate .and only seen her a handful of times, Aren't doctors suppose to be caring? or at least act like it? I heard she left .. good luck to anyone that has to deal with her. My husband saw a doctor there as well for a lump and without even looking at it told him it was nothing. well now its gotten worse with different symptoms and NEEDS more attention so we switched and got the hell out of reliant and now go to a private office that is not affiliated with reliant or anyone else. THEY ARE AWESOME. I will yelp them separate because they don't deserve to be in the same yelp with reliant. BUT I have gone to physical Therapy after surgery at reliant and they are great. other than them forget it and stay far away from reliant primary doctors and specialists. And don't bother telling me to call the patient care number because after reading other yelps i see you try to look good sending a number that no one can get anyone. shame shame. You have been going downhill for years and no one cares enough to fix the problems. I don't even know what it would take to fix it. But Maybe a good start would be compassion classes for the doctors. read more

I really don't even know where to begin with how horrible my experience has been with Reliant. The most recent experience would be where I got bronchitis that turned into pneumonia. I knew what it was when I went to the doctors because I get it frequently. It's also in my medical records that I've had this previously. Instead of listening to me, which is par for the course there because they're not real good at that, they decided to give me a Z-Pak. I explained to them that the Z-Pak never works for me. They told me to take it anyways, which I did. I took the medication entirely and was told that I was still having symptoms I could come back and get another antibiotic. When I called back, they told me I had to come in for another visit. They're famous for that also because then they can bill you for an additional visit. when I went back for the additional visit. They then told me that I had allergies and I should just switch my allergy medication. Anyways, in total, I was sick for over a month and finally wound up having to go to urgent care where they promptly gave me doxycycline Which cleared up the infection I had. I now have $4000 in medical bills all to get an antibiotic. Don't bother filing a complaint with their patient experience department because no matter how many times you file a complaint they never do anything about it except tell you that they've looked into it and they've made notes. This place is the McDonald's of healthcare and an absolute joke. And the sad thing is is that when their doctors first come on board they're great. But once they're part of Reliant Medical, it doesn't take long for them to be absolutely awful. I've switched doctors three times through Reliant so I've given them plenty of chances. Just enrolled in a different health plan and I will be finding a new doctor's office. I've had some other health issues that I would love to get resolved, but unfortunately, I can't trust them that they're actually going to figure out what's going on and I will just wind up with a bunch of bills. If you ask me this is pretty dangerous because it prevents people From seeking the medical attention that they need for fear that nothing's going to happen anyways, and they will just wind up with a bunch of expenses. This was my first visit here to the Milford location. It is conveniently located in a plaza along with Lowe's. I believe it's the old Sports Authority building. Lots of disable parking and regular parking available. As you enter the building you're greeted by a friendly host, that will direct you to patient check in. If there is a number of people checking in, they do have kiosks so you can 'self check in'. Check in was very quick and I was directed to my department. I had a very good first appointment here. All the staff I came into contact with, were friendly and welcoming. Danielle and Dr Myers treated me like I had been a long time patient. My husband and I have never experienced any rudeness from the staff. Our PCP Dr. Bian is wonderful and the staf and doctors at the Urology department in Westborough are caring and thougful. The only negative remark I would like to make is that more and more specialties move to Worcester. I myself have to drive there just to get an injection which was previously available here in Milford. While we like the care we often opt for Milford Hospital because of that. read more

I have expressed on multiple visits that I have several issues that need to be addressed. Some tests were done for some things after I came back a couple of times, but I had to be the one to call and follow up about results. Although my issues persist, there is no interest in actually figuring out what the issues are so that they can be treated properly. Every time that I have gone--with the exception of a few specialists and an office clerk, who were incredibly nice--they seem irritated that I am there, dismissive... I could read on three different doctors' faces that they thought that I was wasting their time. It's at the point that as my issues persist, get worse, or new ones are coming up, that I have adopted the same 'Oh well' attitude that the doctors have shown me. I don't feel like I should bother calling or making appointments anymore 'cause they'll just dismiss me in person, or send me home with a treatment that isn't working. I'm not sure what else to do other than give up and keep experiencing issues. They seem to want to create as much distance between me and them as possible, which is why I'm bothering to write this. Overall, I just don't trust these people to actually want to help me. Everything they've done seems to be just a kind of an automatic motion to go through so as to appear on paper that they at least did something... They have no interest in actually finding out what is going on or how to stop it or make it better. read more

Disclaimer - this review is based on Reliant as whole, not any specific doctor or provider other than Nicole Caporizzo (NP) I had been a long time patient of reliant and loved my PCP. My PCP ended up leaving due to frustration with how their system works and started a Direct Primary Care practice. Recently I contacted Reliant/my new PCP to renew what are maintenance medications - for chronic conditions that are never going away - I was asked if I could come in for an appointment. I explained I could not afford to and asked why I needed to come in just for the renewal. I was told bluntly that if I did not come in for an appointment (not a physical mind you) and get blood work done by their lab then they would no longer continue to renew my medications. TLDR: They literally tried to hold my health, and me as a patient, hostage and force me to pay money I did not have in order to have medication I NEED. They put profit over people - avoid. read more

Horrible service. Got here at 8 am for an appointment and there was no one to be seen. I did not see anyone inside. Tried calling their listed landline number about 40 times and no one answered. Sent a message through Reliant Medical and no response there either. Then 40 minutes later someone comes to tell me they have to reschedule my appointment. Extremely disappointed. I've been a Reliant Med Group patient for years. I find them to be professional, respectful and doing the best they can for my health. My only issue is that I've had two PCP's leave, to go into private practice but have been very happy with the new PCP's I've found. It's so convenient that all medical services, like X-rays and blood work are available at the Milford MA location I go to. read more

Went to Reliant on a Friday with pain in my kidney area. They did bloodwork then told me I had intestinal issues. Then said they would set me up for a CT scan just in case. Doctor told me they would call Monday for an appointment. Monday came and went and on Tuesday , I called the office. Told them no one called. They then told me they would call the CT appt place and should expect a call from them because they found a trace of blood in my urine sample. 2 more days went by and I called the doctor again.. same exact result as last time. Told I need to go but again nothing.. Then the doctors office calls me and tells me your results are in from the blood test and urine test and said they are waiting for the CT scan . That's when I knew I was dealing with a clown show and told them to forget it, I'm looking for a new doctor.. read more

Reliant is nothing more than an inept and greedy corporate accounting department with a revolving door of doctors and the good ones are the ones leaving. I am receiving erroneous bills because Reliant can't reconcile a problem they created when we switched from my own employer's BCBS HMO to my wife's employer's equivalent BCBS HMO. Plan won't cover because I don't have a primary listed. Don't have a primary listed because my long existing Reliant PCP isn't accepting new patients and cannot be added to plan. All parties agree that I am an existing patient, not new, but Reliant can't set the status properly in their own system to allow it. So, after months of phone calls and assurances by Reliant they would resolve the issue, they're still trying to bill me for a visit to my PCP as if he wasn't my PCP! My own formerly excellent credit now tanking with medical bills in collection because BCBS won't cover them without a PCP. I still can't get referral to see a specialist, an appointment for my PCP, can't renew prescriptions. Tens of phone calls and emails each to Reliant by me, my wife, BCBS. I give up. They just aren't capable. They just don't care. Payment due. Payment due. Final notice. That's all they know. I have moved my three kids to a new practice. My wife and I will follow. read more
