Healthcare workers like her make such a difference. She treated me with kindness, humor, and genuine care when I was feeling pretty miserable. Give that woman an award! Excellent Care & Compassionate Staff…read more I went to Mass General Brigham Urgent Care in Foxborough after I fell and had a deep gash under my lip that wouldn't stop bleeding. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Despite expecting a long wait, the three hours went by quickly, and I was actually called into a room in less than 10 minutes. The woman who escorted me to the room was incredibly kind, funny, and sympathetic--she immediately put me at ease and even had me laughing during a stressful moment. The PA and nurse who treated me were just as professional and compassionate. They made me feel comfortable and not awkward or embarrassed about falling. Everything was handled thoroughly and carefully, right down to my stitches. The facility itself was spotless and very well maintained. I truly felt cared for and respected throughout the visit. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care location and would not hesitate to return if needed. Great team, great care.

Brigham and Women's truly provides world class healthcare, and since I live in Rhode Island, this location is for more convenient for me for routine appointments than other Brigham locations. I find that the doctors here are generally on-time and I also don't feel that they are rushed during my visits. There is free parking nearby, and valet parking as well. The facility is clean and modern, and as an added bonus, there's a great view of Gillette Stadium! The only reason I'm giving B&W 4 stars at this location is that there does seem to be quite a bit of turnover in doctors here. I've had numerous changes in doctors, and though they all provide excellent care, I really wish that the doctors would stay here for a longer time.

I must add that the coordination couldn't have gone better. They arranged a bed for her in the CCU and the Dr who would be doing her surgery spent time with me over the phone explaining what needed to be done & how it will work. From the time we boarded the ambulance to the recovery room I highly doubt it could have gone any smoother. She came out of the surgery, then recovery, and was immediately taken to the CCU. The poor sweetheart had lines upon lines, oxygen, etc. And when she woke, clearly upset. The nurse ( Karen) that is assigned to her has been so very kind, compassionate, and highly skilled. All the other caretakers have been wonderful. It's been 3 days and she's still in the CCU. But she's doing quite well, healing nicely with the excellent care she is getting. What started out as a frightening experience turned out to be a very positive one & I can't thank them enough.

This is something he could've said to the registered nurse and she could've told us 2 1/2 hours previously. There is a huge amount of time, wasted on basically lack of communication . when we were ready to check out at 4 AM, the nurse that we were trying to get to check us out said she had other priorities and to be honest it seemed like she was creating things to do so she didn't have to take care of us right away. Her name tag was also conveniently flipped as she was giving us a very slightly snarky attitude. I understand an emergency room is an emergency room as we were reminded multiple times basically to tell us we shouldn't feel the way that we do. But at the end of the day you're still charging insurance and co-pays so you're still making money. There should still be some sort of customer service. in any situation, if given a choice. Tight visitor parking but free!…read more I had no idea there were visiting hours! (Note: I would understand a nighttime cut off.) FYI: 10am-1pm, 4-7pm. Luckily when I entered to visit someone, it was 3:40. I did have to wait about 15 minutes in line to register with the lobby staff as a visitor. Standing in the line, we were next to the exit door that kept swinging open and getting hit with bursts of cold, January air! I have to say, this was a terrible system. Also, apparently kids under 13 can't visit. My 13 year old was with me and I would have been really upset if I found out after standing in line. This was not posted anywhere but apiece of paper handed to me at the check in station. There is a waiting area. Someone alerts you once it hits 4pm and you can then go and visit. I have to say, I disliked the process. It was clearly posted on the patients door that I needed PPE equipment to visit. The nurses station quickly set us up for success. KUDOS to Miriam. About a year ago at a nearby hospital this was the case with my father but nothing was posted and I found out AFTER I had already been visiting with him! The Nurse we had was well liked by our patient but I found her to be a know it all. Telling my daughter what her pathway to college should be. (Not nursing either.) She also didn't get the message we were visiting and just stood around and took up a lot of our patients time. Keep in mind, we offered to leave to let her do her duties but she rejected. It was mostly standing around and being a part of our time. Overall, our older family members really prefer Miriam. I did think the room was very clean and the floor we were on was quiet.

This hospital sucks so bad. ON 5/21 at 6pm, went to the ER because I passed out three times. The…read morenurse wouldn't triage me into a room but left me to sit in the general waiting area. I left after 10 minutes because I saw I would be there probably 12 hrs. They wouldn't estimate my wait time. The nurse told me there's 8 different triage areas. But wouldn't tell me which one I was out in or how long I could be waiting for even though I asked. Just a rough estimate would have been fine. But nope. And there is ONE nurse triaging all the patients. That is insane. They all act like it's a big fkn party. There must have been 75 ppl in the waiting area and about 35 more in line. And they have ONE NURSE. AND SHE TOOK HER SWEET MERRY TIME. SLOW AS A TURTLE. The ER and hospital throughout is like a 3rd world country. Absolutely unacceptable. If it turns out that I have a heart attack or major heart issue, I am suing Miriam hospital. DO NOT GO HERE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. They should be ashamed. I saw plenty of illegal immigrants in there for the sniffles. And those of us with major health concerns have to wait 12 hours. Get your shit together.

I was drawing in a public room with two staff in the room when they started talking about how they both knew this girl and one of the staff had sex with her, meanwhile im a victim of sexual assault , and a minor. care was horrible. I was left in my room crying/ having panic attacks often, with no one checking in on me. I was told by the social worker Alfonso he couldn't help me b/c he was off the clock, and he was frustrated. my sink didn't work, my room felt like it was a refrigerator, and there was constant screaming from other patients when I have PTSD with loud noises. staff hardly ever deescalated situations, making patients even more mad, and at only point I witnessed a fight between a patient and staff because a patient was mad and staff instigated it by being rude back. Rather than treating me for PTSD, this place made it so much worse. Anything that even remotely reminds me of here sends me into panic mode. I cannot stress this enough, do not go here. Just about any other option is better, and especially for minors, this place only leads to worse anxiety and depression. My treatment team didn't even know what there were treating half the time, confusing me with other people, and would skip days and use random dates for my birth control, a very simple med to take everyday in order. At one point during my stay another patient started asking me to marry them, and would touch me without my consent (again, I'm a victim of SA so touch is hard for me), and staff would often see this, and how uncomfortable I was, and not do anything. The only saving grace was the occupational therapist Caroline, she is amazing, super sweet, very attentive. Doctor Richard, the school teacher on the unit, was also great. I learned so much, he's a super sweet man, and he looked after my needs (like stress, hunger, and dehydration) more then the nurses and counselors did and that's not even his job. Sharon, one of the counselor, was pretty good though. She was someone I can say definitely helped. When it came time for discharge Alfonso sent my parents ANOTHER mental hospital I would have to stay at just like this one when I was recovering, fully functional, communicative, and ready to return to school after suffering trauma. He did this without me knowing, and told me that the plan was going to be outpatient afterschool hours with me back home while I finish long term healing. Luckily I have parents who respected my autonomy to decide to go home, otherwise I would be in a cycle of more and more hospitals, when I was NEVER a danger to myself or others, only traumatized and needing to heal. I cannot express this enough, Alfonso has ZERO care in the world about the kids he treats, and shouldn't be in this line of work. To be a social worker you need to care, Alfonso didnt even know what I was being treated for half the time, and was going to go against my wishes and what he told me to put me in a different hospital when I was already healing fast, and not a threat to anyone at all. Metrowest medical center- if you're reading this- genuinely fire Alfonso. This place didn't respect my rights as a patient, worsened my PTSD, and was just a horrible environment no one deserves to experience. dont come here. And Alfonso i really hope you can one day learn not to size up victims of assult as "crazy teens" who you exclude from communication about their own treatment.
