Horrible, amateur hour experience from beginning to end. If it didn't mean being out the cost of the appraisal, I would have just backed out of the process entirely. They were never able to satisfactorily explain any of the numerous cost increases that came to pass. They told me my closing would be on a particular day, and the day came and went with no closing, no response to my questions, and no apology for having wasted my time blocking out time on my work schedule for no reason. Literally nothing went right with these people. I even got the "sorry, I was away for a funeral" excuse for not responding to my e-mails. I have since refinanced again to a 15-year loan with Network Capital Funding, and the process could not possibly have been any more different.
