Ok so let me start off by saying I've NEVER left a negative yelp review but here goes…read more I was super excited to try this place, one because it's super close to my house and two because I hadn't had a massage in a long time. So I dragged my husband along with me at around 10:30 pm to check the place out. We get there paid the receptionist (which also turned out to be my husbands masseuse) for two massages and we had to remind her we needed our $70 change back. I specifically asked my masseuse for a deep tissue, I have a lot of knots (notice how I said I have, as in they're still there) that a needed to get rid of.... well I basically received just light rubbing which a could have got at home. So disappointing. Now here's the main reason why I'm writing this review as we're walking out my masseuse demands a tip from me. She made me feel so awkward. My husband had already left her $15 tip with the receptionist and I guess she assumed I wasn't going to leave a tip. But the audacity to confront me and say "what no tip" and she was dead serious, she followed us to the door. Anyway terrible experience! Overall less than mediocre experience. The one star is because I had to give it at least a star to post my review.

Before we even started, we were told we had to leave a $20 tip. Once the massages began, the experience only got worse. My massage therapist left the room at least 7-10 times during my session. There was also a baby crying the entire time, which completely ruined any relaxing atmosphere. On top of that, my sisters didn't even receive proper full body massages. They weren't fully turned over during the session, and the entire experience lasted closer to 30 minutes instead of the full 60 minutes we paid for. After giving poor service, they still tried to pressure us for additional tips. The whole experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and dishonest. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're in Las Vegas or North Las Vegas looking for a real massage experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Even though it was a deep tissue massage they ask if I will allow "walking" and I said yes. Lisa was able to focus on my trouble spots and really helped me feel relaxed. This was my first massage, so I wasn't sure if that was normal, but I am still currently experiencing the issue. The area that's affected was a spot that the woman focused on more than the rest of my back, I don't know if she felt like a knot or what, and at first I thought maybe the sensation was because there was better blood flow, but with how long it's been happening I think it's a separate issue. The medical professional I've told about it says she's not even sure what exactly happened. My arm still works fine, but because of the random flare ups of the tingly sensation it's suspected there might be minor nerve damage :( I had high hopes seeing there's so many 5* reviews, but now I wish I didn't go so I wouldn't have to deal with this daily sensory issue that flares up even when I'm not doing anything.

Now I've had many massages in my lifetime and it's a fine balance between a good firm pressure and waking up the next day feeling like someone beat you. Leanne has mastered that balance.
