While visiting from LA, I booked a last minute 60 minute massage and was so happy I did. The location is in the strip mall next to Walmart and very clean and well decorated. I liked that the rooms were completed private and well appointed. Gigi was my therapist and she was both strong, but responsive to my groans when pressure was a little too intense. I chose the deep tissue massage with hot stone. I could barely turn my head when I walked in and when I left I was refreshed and my next and shoulder pain minimized. If not the single worst, at least a tie for the worst massage I've ever had (read that review, it's here). I voiced repeatedly (no exaggeration --at least fifteen times) about discomfort, requesting lighter pressure, to stop, to move on to another area. It was the exact opposite of relaxing or therapeutic; it was painful and anxiety inducing. My entire body feels bruised and the reflexology caused agonizing muscle spasms. I know when I get home I'll be black and blue all over my back and neck. Recommend only to someone you despise because this was an awful experience. I would like to begin with the information that I am a licensed massage therapist here in nevada. i've been here three or four times, these last two visits were pretty awful. especially this last one i had today. pressure was nice at first though i find that the therapists do not care about being careful around bony landmarks but as the session progressed all pressure and technique consistency was lost and it was simply rubbing my skin for way too long. i couldn't even tell you who my providers were because there is no introduction or intake. I was able to walk in and not have to wait. I enjoyed a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Lisa and it was 10 out of 10. Even though it was a deep tissue massage they ask if I will allow "walking" and I said yes. Lisa was able to focus on my trouble spots and really helped me feel relaxed. It was about 60% painful but 40% enjoyable. Even though it hurts it still feels good. They offer cold bottled water and it's so refreshing. read more

Nikki or Nicky gave me a deep tissue massage. If you've never had a Thai massage before, don't be alarmed when your masseuse climbs on your back. Perfect combination of pressure and relaxation. Although I filled out areas I wanted her to concentrate on, I had no idea how tight my legs were and it seemed like she made the executive decision to try to loosen them up. The massage therapist was seemed to be in a hurry, there was absolutely nothing relaxing about my massage. When I got there they had me fill out a form that outlined my areas I would like them to focus on. She completely ignored that. Third time coming here, the place is clean and it's more affordable compared to other places but they have you fill out a form of where you'd like to be massaged before you start your massage that I realized they don't take into consideration during the service and I got a couples massage and when we requested two specific masseuses, they gave us two different ones which they did the second and third time of us coming here so to say the least, this is our last time coming here :) read more

Went for a couples combo massage with walking and hot stones. Hers was wonderful because she is a repeat customer there. Mine was ... wow... I picked deep tissue because I thought "how hard can it be?" Omg! Painful... but in a good way... but also in a "I can't take much more than that, hold my breath" way. That is not a hit on them, I could have said told her to do less but I wanted to see what deep tissue means. I am so sore. I think that I need to go more often and then I'll see the benefits. I'm going to finish my review on Yelp since I was only allowed limited characters on their website review page: In all of the years I have come here, this is the first time that I've left unsatisfied. Firstly, the receptionist seemed perplexed that I had two bookings one for me and one for my mom which I've always done in the past. Why does it matter that it's under one profile when I am the one paying for the service? And then the service itself was questionable. I had booked one Thai massage combo with hot stones (presumably as the receptionist had even double checked if I wanted my masseuse to step on me and hot stones at the end), and one Swedish Massage for my mother. What I got was neither. If you ask me if it is alright for the masseuse to step on me and I say yes, then I am going to expect them to do a proper Thai Massage. And if you ask me if I want hot stones at the end and I say yes, then that is also part of the expected service..... IS IT NOT?! Like I said before I got neither of those services during the actual massage. I had to remind my masseuse that the service had listed hot stones as I was expecting it and she had ended the massage without giving me one... and she was also perplexed when I mentioned it at the end. And then took out 1 stone and tried to do a rush job to end it. All in all, it was a bad experience for me this time. I am certainly questioning whether or not I want to come again. My boyfriend and I came in for a couples massage, and overall it was disappointing. I asked for the focus to be on my lower back and hips--while those areas were included, they definitely weren't the focal point like I had requested. I also asked for no hot stones, but they used them anyway. My boyfriend asked for no full-body massage, just focus on his left trap, medium pressure, and no hot stones. Instead, he got a full-body massage with very intense pressure, hot stones, and they worked on his right trap instead. We both left feeling like our preferences were completely ignored. read more
