Mary did a phenomenal job. I am a mother of 4. So my body is completed drained at the end of the day. And so Prior to finding my "go to massage therapist" I had a terrible experience with one of the girls and the service she provided. I asked her to do light pressure on me because I am not a regular customer so i didnt know how my body will handle this kind of service and it felt like i was being very rough handled to the point where i started crying amd wanted to put my clothes on and storm out. Instead I kept stopping the therapist in between to remind her. And she kept telling me that hard pressure is better. Well, fast forward to completing service I had spoke to the owner and he was able to offer me a complimentary 60 min and booked me with Mary and I am just so much happier now that I have found my go to massage therapist. I really like going here because the owners truly care about your health so much so that the owner offered me a complimentary massage. That to me, says that the owners truly care about their business. Since then, I have been coming here for a good 2-3 years and I will not go anywhere else. You walk in super tensed and once you book with Mary and you will walk out completed relaxed! It takes me at least 10 minutes to get up after the service because my body feels super relaxed. It's a shame I didn't get the gal's name that did our intake. She barely spoke English, treated us abruptly, took our forms; then immediately got on the phone, turned her back to us and started speaking in another language to whoever was on the other end of the call. We were waiting for our third person to come in, and when she arrived, she was treated in the same manner. My friend and I were placed in the same room and this person did my friend's massage. She started talking (in another language) with my therapist during our session. Very unprofessional and rude. I was totally turned off by the dirt under her fingernails as well. At the end of our sessions, we were expected to give a 30% tip to the therapist. There are signs posted that this is what's "Recommended" on top of your service. A woman at the front desk put us on the spot and verbally asked us in front of our therapists if we gave them a 30% tip! Quite inappropriate even though thls is a service oriented town, one shouldn't be surprised at the end of their session to give an over the top tip. Finally, on a positive note, the massage therapist Cece, did a fantastic job and kept checking with me at different intervals to see if I was doing ok. I did tip her 30% without even knowing that it was "recommended." I won't be returning- these people need some serious customer service training and learn to speak English- you're in America! read more

Overall not bad. Visited with my daughter tonight. The front lady seemed sweet but I could hardly understand what she was saying to me due to the strong accent. I think my lady had a long night, she kept letting out a sigh throughout the massage. The kind of sigh when you're annoyed with your spouse or children. Maybe it was nothing but it made me wonder if something was wrong. It was extremely uncomfortable afterwards when it came time to check out because I had 3 people literally standing there waiting for me to finish paying. I was sending Zelle so there wasn't a cash tip to wait for. I also noticed a sign saying to tip at least 30%. That's crazy! The tip should be made according to the service. My sister and I visited this place back in the summer for foot massages. To start with the positive -- the massages themselves were genuinely nice. The staff who provided the service did a good job, and we left feeling relaxed. However, the experience at checkout completely changed how we felt about the visit. There was significant pressure around tipping that made both of us very uncomfortable. I felt it during my visit and ended up tipping more than I normally would just to avoid an awkward situation. Unfortunately, when my younger sister started to pay, the situation was even more uncomfortable. She tipped what I would consider a reasonable amount (around 20%), but the person at the front desk questioned it and pressured her to tip more, making comments about what others typically tip and asking why she wasn't tipping higher. It got to the point where she felt compelled to adjust or send an additional tip via Zelle just to resolve the situation and leave. That level of pressure felt inappropriate and took away from what would have otherwise been a positive experience. While the service itself was good, the checkout experience left a lasting negative impression. Because of that, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning or recommending this place to others. read more

I had an amazing massage with Tom today. I have had a lot of deep tissue massages before. I always left not feeling 100%. But Tom worked every muscle today. He got everywhere and even places in my arms and legs I didn't know needed worked. He was very nice when there was a language barrier and got the translator. Massages can always be awkward because they do need to be on the table or lean over you. First two sessions... AMAZING. Third visit was confusing, not relaxing, and on the regrettable side. My friend and I came in for a 7:30 p.m. appt on a Sunday. The woman giving the massage is also the receptionist, she answered and booked an appt over the phone during the session, a little unprofessional imo, and tbh, not relaxing.
