The entire place was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. The massages were relaxing and exactly what we needed. It's a shame I didn't get the gal's name that did our intake. She barely spoke English, treated us abruptly, took our forms; then immediately got on the phone, turned her back to us and started speaking in another language to whoever was on the other end of the call. We were waiting for our third person to come in, and when she arrived, she was treated in the same manner. My friend and I were placed in the same room and this person did my friend's massage. She started talking (in another language) with my therapist during our session. Very unprofessional and rude. I was totally turned off by the dirt under her fingernails as well. At the end of our sessions, we were expected to give a 30% tip to the therapist. There are signs posted that this is what's "Recommended" on top of your service. A woman at the front desk put us on the spot and verbally asked us in front of our therapists if we gave them a 30% tip! Quite inappropriate even though thls is a service oriented town, one shouldn't be surprised at the end of their session to give an over the top tip. Finally, on a positive note, the massage therapist Cece, did a fantastic job and kept checking with me at different intervals to see if I was doing ok. I did tip her 30% without even knowing that it was "recommended." I won't be returning- these people need some serious customer service training and learn to speak English- you're in America! read more

Overall not bad. Visited with my daughter tonight. The front lady seemed sweet but I could hardly understand what she was saying to me due to the strong accent. I think my lady had a long night, she kept letting out a sigh throughout the massage. The kind of sigh when you're annoyed with your spouse or children. Maybe it was nothing but it made me wonder if something was wrong. It was extremely uncomfortable afterwards when it came time to check out because I had 3 people literally standing there waiting for me to finish paying. I was sending Zelle so there wasn't a cash tip to wait for. I also noticed a sign saying to tip at least 30%. That's crazy! The tip should be made according to the service. Smart of them to do that, maybe that's part of the tactic. It worked, I tipped much more than I felt was deserving. Just wanted to hurry and leave. read more

I left a review earlier about the horrible experience I had and more like a tortured massage which left bruises on my body. The owners refund me and offered me a free massage to give them another chance told me to come whenever I took some time for me to feel better as I'm 67 years old and the bruises took quite a while to heal so now that I asked them to come back for that free massage. They tell me it's too late it's been a month so why do you tell me to come back whenever and then it's been literally a month and four days and you can't honor it this is Poor business in my again it was a horrible experience bruises on my lower back my arms and I was gonna give them another chance but don't tell people to come whenever and then say oh sorry we didn't tell you the time limit unacceptable and Poor business management read more

My sister and I visited this place back in the summer for foot massages. To start with the positive -- the massages themselves were genuinely nice. The staff who provided the service did a good job, and we left feeling relaxed. However, the experience at checkout completely changed how we felt about the visit. There was significant pressure around tipping that made both of us very uncomfortable. I felt it during my visit and ended up tipping more than I normally would just to avoid an awkward situation. Unfortunately, when my younger sister started to pay, the situation was even more uncomfortable. She tipped what I would consider a reasonable amount (around 20%), but the person at the front desk questioned it and pressured her to tip more, making comments about what others typically tip and asking why she wasn't tipping higher. It got to the point where she felt compelled to adjust or send an additional tip via Zelle just to resolve the situation and leave. That level of pressure felt inappropriate and took away from what would have otherwise been a positive experience. While the service itself was good, the checkout experience left a lasting negative impression. Because of that, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning or recommending this place to others. read more

I would rate the massage a 7/ 10 they neglected my feet and only massage my feet for about 10 minutes. Didn't even massage my feet. They just massage my leg legs tbh. The lady working at the front desk which I assume is the manager was extremely weird. She forced me to tip after already paying so I decided to tip $8 and she seemed very offended by that and told me I had to tip more just like I would in a restaurant. I've been coming here for the past few months and they are by far the best massage I've gotten in Las Vegas and I've been to multiple places even having and cancelling membership. I'm happy I changed over to this team. Mary and Cici I've tried so far and when I tell you... amazing! I had pains from stress and work and felt better afterwards. Jielian is so friendly as the owner. She listens and makes sure you are satisfied. One thing I want to mention, I went to a massage place in vegas and they followed you and demanded a tip of a certain amount. Not only don't they do this at Massage by Jielian but when you leave the well deserving tip they are appreciative. Again, please tip, but there is no one following you out to the register. The massage was actually deep tissue, not the light rub some places do, and they really knew how to target problem areas. I also did cupping and it made a huge difference. You can immediately feel the release in the muscles and the improved range of motion. They explained everything, checked in with my comfort level, and made sure the pressure was right the entire time. The place was clean, relaxing, and professional, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Wow wow wow! My husband and I are both in the dental field and we have been to many many many different massage places, but this place is truly THE BEST. I am still speechless on how clean, attentive and caring this massage place is. We ended up doing a deep tissue couples massage. My husband had Mary and I had Lily. THEY ARE THE BEST. We completely feel like brand new people. Being in the dental field, we get a lot of knots and tightness, but this massage made us feel truly relaxed and refreshed. They were so caring and always made sure we were comfortable and if the pressure was just right. They even focused on our main areas of pain and knew exactly what we needed to feel better.
