We did not hire this law firm. The firm represented the cooperative we previously owned shares of. In the sale of our coop, the firm represented the coop, not us. Our experience with them was incredibly negative and frustrating. It took almost 10 months to close. The process was delayed, in part, because of an error made by the firm (which is documented in an email from the attorney). Use this information as you will.
