But he has the nerve say I'm a lunatic. Edit #2: We hired Action Pest Control to come solve out rat problem. I again was very clear - we needed to have the entry points sealed, the rats removed, and evidence of rats cleaned up. No problem! He quoted me a price of $350 to do all this (Derrick quoted $550, but never completed even a fraction of the work.) After Action finished he said the job was super fast and easy, and $350 was not justified. He only charged us $225! That is a good businessman, someone with integrity who I would highly recommend! Derrick has the nerve to quote me over $1000 to do the same work. Dude's out of his mind.
