My wife and I made the previous mistake of trying out poison which one of our dogs ended up getting sick from and caused some of the rats to die and stink in the walls. Jeremy from Rogue Wildlife came to inspect our home before we purchased but did not do a thorough inspection or make aware to us how extensive the rodent activity had been. They did not even inspect the garage. *I do not enjoy having to leave this review but if you need to charge to actually do a thorough inspection then it sounds like you need to make that change. Free by choice does not mean getting to do a subpar job. (He had done an inspection and installed crawlspace screens for the previous owners, so we assumed he had a better understanding of the home.) We even made a set plan to have him come back out Thursday, March 19 - despite what he tries to claim , to start the plan, but Jeremy did not show up nor did he ever reach back out. We had this confirmed because this was the day after the insulation was going to be removed and he said that would be perfect timing to set traps before new ducting was installed. No-show, no call. Their plan was expensive at $1185 for a 4 week, once a week "treatment" and would not even have addressed the core issue - the attic and garage need to be cleaned out and sterilized before it is actually safe to move in because of the amount of rodent feces, feathers, bones, etc. No part of his plan mentioned cleaning or removing these feces and dead animals. If they are being contacted to do an inspection, this should be part of what gets communicated so a correct and safe plan can be made to address it moving forward. This is something they did not do. *I'm not sure where the idea came from that AA insulation was doing sanitizing as that was never communicated or in any plan, and they are an insulation company - the issue is as THE pest company you never pointed out the extent of the rodent feces or infestation in this home at all. The pictures show how awful it is. This was their plan: "-Set lethal body grip style traps in crawl space/attic areas where rodent/squirrel activity has been noticed. - Inspect bird access areas with scope camera and set bird eviction cones on such areas. - One weekly technician visit for up to four weeks to check traps, dispose of catches, reset traps with fresh alternating attractant baits. No use of poison will be used during this elimination process. - Clean out bird droppings in active spots and treat with antiviral/sanitizer. - Plug, screen or otherwise bar all potential rodent/bird entry points on home exterior below roof line." read more

I had to have Rogue Wildlife out again for a new issue. RATS Ewww. Again, I am SO impressed by this company and the owner Jeremy. I had a rat issue in my basement. The owner was out the next day for a free inspection. He did a thorough inspection of my basement and crawlspace. He took pictures to show me the crawlspace and the damage. He had a detailed estimate for emailed to me the next day. The price was reasonable and I appreciated how thorough he was with a six week plan and it included seal up work. He also gave me a second estimate for sanitation and cleanup of the basement area to remove the rat droppings and sterilize the area. Both estimates were very reasonable for the type of work and how inaccessible some of the areas were. The crawl space is very tight. He gave me after photos so I could see the difference between the crawlspace and basement before and after cleanup and sanitation. I was really impressed, you could not tell that there was ever an issue down there. He also replaced several of my screens and sealed off a few areas that I didn't even know about, for no additional charge. I honestly think they are the best company. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest in his work. I cannot recommend them enough. I will only use this company when I have any wildlife or rodent issues. read more

Great company to work with! I had a mother raccoon under my house with her babies. They came out and set traps, installed newer and better quality screens, even crawled under the house to retrieve all the babies. The owner Jeremy was very responsive and the pricing was extremely fair for the amount of service received. He was prompt and efficient, but what most impressed me was his compassion for the animals. He got rid of the raccoons and professionally secured where they were getting in without harming them in the least. The lawn mounds were raked out once the gopher or mole was caught and the grass plugs replaced. The yard looks very nice now. He did everything he said he would do and the price was very reasonable. This is the ONLY company I would use in the valley. I had rats at my house and when I called the owner was extremely helpful and arranged to have a technician out the next day. Greg was so helpful and thorough. He serviced my whole house and part of the property. He set up the same day and came back the next day to rebait. I was thrilled that he started catching the rats the same day! A few weeks later I was completely rat free and I signed up for their maintenance program. I haven't had a rat since last year. I am beyond happy with the out come and I cannot believe the cost is so reasonable. I had called a few other companies and they wanted to charge me thousands of dollars. I had an excellent experience with Rogue Wildlife Solutions. The raccoons were getting too aggressive and fighting on my front porch and waiting for me and when I opened my garage they would run in to tear open the cat's dry food bags. I put up with this for some years and finally called Oregon Fish and Wildlife Service which recommended Rogue Wildlife Solutions. Jeremy was steadfast in setting the cages daily and picking up the raccoon caught in the morning. I went ahead and took enough time to catch them all. The first night he caught 2 and that week 3. Altogether we caught 6. I am so happy not to have this fighting on my porch or constant concern about going into my garage any longer! Thanks, Jeremy! Great job. read more
