You can expect the same level of service from all agents of Coverica. When you call, real people want to help, and they ALL are very, very good at what they do. I like that. Picking up the phone and receiving excellent service. Every time, without fail. You can shop online all you want, if you want to be a name on a policy number on a computer, and not a valued customer. His "assistant" called me and told me that my coverage expired in 1 day and that I needed to find an insurance provider by then. They claim the sent me a letter 2 months ago notifying me, but I never saw a letter in my mail. There was no email or phone call either. This guy sucks! State Farm sucks!
