He did a tremendous job for us again. He got the house all spruced up and it sold in 1 day. Can't do much better than that.

We had a brief introduction via phone which was followed up a day later with an in-home visit/walk-through. She arrived more prepared than any realtor I'd ever worked with, providing a comprehensive market analysis that included both a conservative as well a more stretching recommendation. We discussed my expectations of the process and easily agreed on a path forward. Her knowledge and command of market information single-handedly confirmed for me that I'd made the right choice with her as my realtor. She provided very specific feedback on how to prepare and declutter the home to make it suitable for photos/videos - as well shared what I should expect over the course of the next few days and weeks. Needless to say the home sold quickly and without issue and I owe the overwhelmingly positive experience to Tanya. Thank you Tanya again for your time and dedication to selling my home. I couldn't ask for a better experience or outcome.

I told the plumber I needed to use the bathroom, and I LOCKED the door. Plumber burst into the bathroom while I was sitting on the toilet! WTAF?!?! I called about dead trees on the property, I emailed, called again: NOTHING. When my neighbor called a week later, they sent people to remove one dead tree, and only one. The appliances are 4th rate, like the fans in the kitchen and bathroom don't really work. They refused to put railings on the stairs. The communication with them (when they respond) is very threatening! It's been a horrible experience. He reneged on my yearly lease, using disappearing emails - because he knows he's a liar and a thief. Why else would he use emails that vanish?? He knows he's a liar and a thief. He charges $200 a month for my rent to come through their portal - nothing could be more convenient for them, but they are greedy bullies. I've been an easy tenant, but he's been nothing but rude and greedy. I'm sorry I ignored the other bad reviews - which seem to disappear like his emails haha! TLDR avoid them like the plague! Which they might give you, because they refuse to wear masks in my home, despite my being disabled.

You can pay your rent easily through the online portal, which I do automatically, and anytime there has been a problem, they've sent someone to fix it right away. The staff at the office have always been friendly, and the apartments are definitely on the lower end of cost for what they offer.

Within the first 2 months, my car got broken into and there was no camera footage.. Literally told it was nothing they could do to help. My sink leaked into the downstairs unit flooding their apartment (I felt so bad even though it wasn't my fault), they don't offer opportunities for party rental of the pool, and parking is always a pain after a long day... it's just not worth almost $1600/mo. At the end of my lease term, I moved and they charged me basically $1200 out of my $1500 security deposit for "prorated carpet replacement" (still never received an invoice stating everything). This is not a luxury apartment community so do not move in with high hopes. The property manager Angie was super nice always though! She was amazing to say the least.

There are ongoing problems with packages, cars, trash, parking, and noise, and things have gotten so bad that management has changed the gym code three times since I moved in. The dog parks are often covered in dog waste because owners or management have not addressed the problem with cameras or better enforcement. The health department was even contacted, and they are finally replacing the mulch. Rent increases after the lease expires also seem to happen regardless of the market or economy, while complaints to management often go unnoticed or receive little response. The lawn service is also disappointing, regularly missing entire areas and seeming to lack attention to detail. There is food being thrown from balconies, along with stray cats throughout the community. Neighborhood teenagers also seem to run wild, leaving trash everywhere and vandalizing pool furniture and other property. Overall, it is frustrating to see these issues continue without meaningful solutions or consistent enforcement.
