This is the 9th move my wife and I have done in 35 years across the US, Cleve and Michael are easily the WORST real estate agents we have ever worked with. They poorly represented us in negotiations for property repair cost and provided very poor service providers for inspections, title searches, handymen, plumbers, electricians, and cleaners. We walked into the house on the morning of the closing and the house was full of dirt, bugs, broken glass and dog urine soaked carpets and some of the assets that were supposed to be left with the house were not. Michael and Cleve committed to cover the cost of to rectify the missing items and cleaning but barely lifted a finger and never reimbursed us for money we paid and he committed to cover. Since then, they have not returned one phone call or email.
