He showed up when they were there but Assessor noted in report to insurance company that Kerrigan / Bryan refused to get on the roof with him because "it was too steep" for him (this is a roofing company, right? That's like Colonel Sanders being afraid of chicken). So they never even visually inspected the roof - at all - and couldn't guide the assessor. Obviously claim was denied, because the could. We moved on but emailed the owner Aaron just letting him know how his brand was being represented. He ghosted as well - no response. Their folder is fancy, but that's all you're gonna get. I'd be humiliated to have my name on something that was this pathetic.

A+ Home Remodeling Experience After scanning the internet…read morefor a company in the Dayton area for roofs, siding, soffits and some other outside updates, we were led to Dayton Roof and Remodeling. Chuck, along with his son, was quick to respond, listen to our needs, give us estimates, and remain in constant communication with us. Pictures were taken to show us what needed our attention and a scheduling of services began. We did not know that our chimney needed repair. One of his crew came prior to any roofing being installed to restore our chimney. We appreciated the detailed pictures that were shown to us before of the damaged areas and after to show us the work completed. His company/crews proceeded to install new wood where there was weather damage, put up weather barriers on everything, completed our roof, installed new siding over the original wood siding on our house/workshop. New porch posts were designed and detailed trim work completed. Each day the debris and trash were cleaned up and hauled away. They made sure everything was left neat and tidy. The job is done and everything looks beautiful! We are so thankful to have found a company that had constant communication with us allowing us the time to choose the proper colors with the corresponding accessories. Quality Exterior's price with the tear off, was lower than other quotes- without the price of the tear off. They were here for about 3 weeks- and did all the roofs. The craftsmanship was outstanding. They also replaced a concrete slab porch, and did a remodel of an outside porch that had been closed in a long time ago for me. Everything they did- was absolutely top notch, with fantastic attention to detail. I've got a much larger project coming up - a total house rebuild- and they will be doing that.

Everything looks so good! We chose the same shingles for the house that we had put on the carriage house/garage, and although it's hard to see up top, they do look amazing. And the drainage around the house is SO MUCH BETTER. At the time the crew was out, we were having other repairs inside the house, and everyone did the trades shuffle with grace and humor. You haven't seen a crew work like these guys did until you realize they roofed a 7,200 sq ft historic house in just 3 days--including the flat roof rebuilds. So much attention and care was paid to the fabric of the home, and each flat roof got its own plan and treatment.
