His office staff is wonderful, everyone I have dealt with has been extremely nice and helpful. On the day of surgery, I cannot believe how wonderful and smooth everything went!! Dr. Schmid and the nurses and anesthesiologist were suberb with their attitude and bedside manner. This was the best surgery experience I have ever had!! I highly recommend!

It was my first time getting lip filler and she seemed very intentional in taking me through the whole process as caring as possible. I ended up going with her suggestion of a full syringe instead of a half and I'm glad I did. She did it in such a way that I have no bruising and I felt no pain at all during the process. She's all about making a sale and will tell you anything and whatever you want to hear. When reviewing the before and after pics she said herself she didn't see any results so she gave me extra sessions and still nothing! I mean come on what are they losing by giving extra treatments for a damn light session that doesn't work in the first place! When I finally asked to speak with the owner mike to come to some kind of resolution of course he was no help and had excuses of why the treatments didn't work. They tried to say it was inconsistency and I know for a fact I was very consistent and determined to see results in the beginning. I asked to see my scheduled appointments to prove the inconsistency and of course they couldn't provide that. I went with every suggestion kerrie gave me: dry brushed, cut out caffeine, diet and exercised, compression wear. I even bought a pair of $50 tights from them at Beyoutiful when I looked them up after purchasing was actually only worth less than $10 a pair based off the sku#. Wow, tell me that's not getting over on people! I also purchased a almost $40 cellulite gel kerrie sold me and swore by it lol just another sales pitch if you ask me. They went as far as saying maybe I had a underlying condition such as lymphedema and that's why I wasn't seeing any results I mean come on is that the best you can come up with just say your treatments don't work like you claim they do!
