Let's start with the fact that I'm almost 4 month and I still haven't received my licence. Second right after I hired the firm bozman himself change his attitude and with every call or update I asked I got yelled and bullied in the most aggressive way !! He was literally screaming at me in front of other workers that is working for me while they were on the phone as well how insulting and rude !! Second his firm is and office is lack of professionalism we kept asking for updates and when we did every time they asked for paper work that we already delivered !!! For the last time after 4 times sending the same message they finally got what we asking !! In order to put them straight we asked Mr bozman to give me a call. Obviously he didn't even to bother asking when it's a good time to call back he just called when he felt comfortable with and off course the call came with yelling and screaming which the only thing I told him is that I'm in a meeting right now and I'll call him back !! When I said that he yelled and screamed at me telling me his busy to and I can fire him and then he hang up the phone ! His voice so dam loud that also people o the office could have hear him . What a rude and lousy attitude defaintly going to file a complaint against this firm the only thing I'm happy about is that they transfer the file and im no longer in communication and they no longer representing me !!! I could say a lot of things about my experience everything from him having me look up smc codes to him sending the legal documents to the wrong address (which pushed our court date back 2 months), there's honestly a lot I can say. The amount of errors he made, made me question whether or not he was working for me or against me. There is no way a competent attorney should be making the amount of mistakes he was making. After 10 months he was still spelling my name wrong on the legal documents. He would also copy information from previous cases because he would forgot to change the names and dates on those documents. He is EXTREMELY unprofessional, he'll never answer once he has you as a client, he'll claim he never said things that he did. Stay away from this lawyer and law firm; I get he might be on the cheaper side but you'll pay 10 times more later due to all his mistakes. He doesn't have a good reputation; if you're going through any legal matters especially evictions in the king county area, dont be cheap, hire a good, reputable, experienced attorney or else you'll end paying more in time and money later. Please learn from my very expensive mistake seek legal representation somewhere else. Or you'll end up having to go through the process all over again. Lastly here are just a couple of things I had to experience working with Chuck. - Rarely answers the phone once I became his client. - Won't give you an update on the case; I had to call and ask. - Astronomical amount of spelling/ grammatical errors that I had to fix. - Had me look up SMC codes to add to the notices (isn't that his job?). - I had to re write numerous legal documents over and over because he couldn't do it without numerous mistakes. - Didn't check his work before submitting it; I'm his client yet someone else's name is in the paperwork. He would just copy information from other cases. - Some legal documents were written in pen instead of typed; and his hand writing is illegible. I'm his client who told him the information, and even I can't read/ understand what he wrote. - I had to submit the legal documents to the court because he didn't know how. Numerous documents were rejected when he submitted them because they were not submitted correctly. - Couldn't get printer to work so he sent evidence photos in black and white. I'm the one who took the photos and even I couldn't tell what I was looking at. Photos were pretty much useless. - Said he would submit legal documents by a certain day but wouldn't submit them for weeks. NOT days WEEKS. All in all, learn from my experience and just hire a good experienced attorney; yes it's expensive but you'll be happy that someone who actually knows what they're doing is representing you. Even though I have to go through this process again, it feels like a million pounds has been lifted off my shoulders knowing I'll never have to work with Chuck again! Chuck needs to do himself and his clients a favor and just retire and close this law firm down for good!
