My family and I were excited when we first moved into this apartment complex. The unit itself was nice, and we were hopeful for a fresh start. Unfortunately, the biggest issue we faced--and the main reason we're now moving--was our upstairs neighbor. From the very beginning, things were difficult. On the first few days after move-in, our neighbor above us was already reporting us to the office for "noise," even though we were still unpacking and not doing anything unreasonable. They never introduced themselves, never attempted friendly communication, and never once approached us directly. Instead, anytime they heard the slightest noise--from normal living, walking, closing a cabinet they would immediately file a complaint with management. Meanwhile, this same neighbor made loud noises at 2-3 AM regularly. We're talking heavy footsteps, running across the floor, dragging things, dropping objects late at night when everyone should reasonably expect quiet. We tried to deal with it politely, hoping it would improve, but it never did. Yet somehow, they were the first to complain whenever we made even a normal household sound. It reached a point where we were getting noise violation notices for things we didn't even do including dates and times we weren't even home. That's when we realized nothing we did was ever going to satisfy this neighbor, and management seemed to take their word without verifying the facts. One of the worst moments was when they actually called the police claiming I had abandoned my dog inside the apartment. This was completely false and happened literally on move-in day while I had stepped out to return a U-Haul truck. The police arrived, checked everything, saw that the dog was fine, and quickly concluded the report was untrue. It was embarrassing and unnecessary, and it set the tone for the rest of our stay. We've dealt with constant notices, false reports, and unfair assumptions--all while trying to be respectful residents. It's extremely stressful when you're doing everything right, but another tenant is determined to cause issues and management won't intervene fairly. At this point, the only solution is to move. It's disappointing because the apartment itself is nice, and we genuinely tried to make this place our home. But no one should have to live under the stress of constant complaints, especially when they come from someone who makes just as much if not more noise at unreasonable hours. I hope the complex takes situations like this more seriously in the future and starts addressing both sides of neighbor disputes instead of relying on one-sided complaints. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable and respected in their own home.

The location is great and the staff in the office is extremely friendly and helpful. I just renewed my lease again and I'm very happy with the location and the surrounding things in the area. You are not very far from downtown Clearfork or any of the major highways. There are tons of amazing places to eat around here and you're not very far from a Sams club, Target or a Walmart. They are very big about the upkeep of the outside of the apartments so the lawn is always manicured. I would highly recommend this location if you're looking for a new place to live.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more We moved here from Washington and unfortunately, our experience has been one problem after another. Before moving in, we paid a $500 deposit to hold our apartment and overnighted a cashier's check. The office never notified us that they had not received it. We didn't find out until we arrived, leaving us frantically trying to track down the check through the post office. The post office showed it had been delivered, but we eventually discovered that the office had given us the wrong ZIP code. Because of that, we were told we couldn't move in until they received the $500 deposit. We returned to the office, only to find out that they had actually found the check. After spending roughly $3,000 to move into this place, this was an incredibly stressful way to start. Then, on our very first day in the apartment, we found roaches. We immediately reported it to the office. Despite repeatedly notifying them, no one came to spray when they were supposed to. Eventually someone did come out, but then we were charged for the treatment, and the roach problem still wasn't resolved. The gates have also been an ongoing issue. They were finally fixed after about four months, but now there is another safety concern: when one side of the gate opens, the other side opens too. That does not feel safe or secure at all. There have also been changes to the pool hours. The pool used to be open until 10 PM, and now residents are expected to be out by 8:15 PM promptly. On top of that, we're recently receiving rules regarding the gym when a significant amount of the equipment doesn't even work. Overall, the communication, maintenance, pest control, security, and amenities have been extremely disappointing. We came here expecting a comfortable place to live, especially after such a major move, and instead we've spent our time dealing with one issue after another. I genuinely cannot wait until our lease is up. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this complex to do their research and think twice before signing a lease.
