It was almost $170.. it's too much money to just let go. It was an important birthday for my friend. What my friend received looked completely different- first off they were fully bloomed & already had petals falling off, brown edges. Plus added ranunculus throughout, a flower I've never heard of that is hideous. Along with unopened buds on long stems sticking out that look so weird. A random ivy-like greenery shoved throughout which were not part of the arrangement I ordered either. Even the vase was different from the green one shown. Upon emailing regarding my concerns they will not answer or respond. My last email explained I'd dispute the charges & place reviews, 2 days later. No response. The pictures below explain it all.
