She was so helpful and so easily accessible up until the day before the wedding. I am so grateful for someone who has such an eye for detail and such a genuine care for customer service. I wanted to try and get some flowers sent locally to Newhall on a Friday, and thought that since I was ordering them a little later (1pm), they would be delivered on a Saturday -- no problem. To my surprise, the flowers were delivered by 3pm that same day!! WOW!!! Ordering was SUPER easy and I did it all online. They had options for your basic arrangements, or you could really make it a premium arrangement. There were some instructions since it was a gated community, but there were no problems and the flowers were delivered quickly! I would DEFINITELY use them again for any floral needs in the SCV. read more

Selection was oddly very minimal some old plants in the front and some pre made flowers that all looked very similar in the refrigerator. Overpriced for what you get I my opinion compared to other flower shops in scv. Store was dead inside and many of the plants they had on sale looked old. I don't think I would return. I much rather prefer shops like Sisters boutique and flowers in canyon country. Better prices and more selection and the sisters are always so friendly who run that shop. The girl who wrapped my flowers at Bloomies was kind and she did apologize for there being a low selection in the shop. Overall, experience wasn't bad but I wouldn't return. read more

However, the quality and appearance of the bouquet were so inappropriate that it was impossible to bring it to the funeral. Disappointing Service I came in today to purchase two single roses for my kids' teachers. As soon as I walked in, the lady behind the desk didn't even greet me or acknowledge my presence. After a moment, an employee came from the side and asked if I needed help. I inquired about single roses, she told me they were $8 each. I asked for two, and she brought them out. When I looked up at the menu, I noticed that a single rose wrapped with greenery were listed at $9.50 each, not the $8 I was quoted . I politely pointed this out and asked if she could wrap the roses for me. She agreed, went to the side to wrap them and then came back with both roses wrapped together. I asked if they could be wrapped individually instead, and she audibly sighed, making me feel like I was being a hassle. She then muttered something condescending, like "Well, you need to be more specific, sweetie," and reluctantly went back to rewrap them. I don't know where on the menu it said two roses wrapped for $9.50, but honestly, shouldn't I expect the staff to know how to do their job without me having to micromanage them? I won't be returning. The lack of customer service and attitude were frustrating, and I left feeling like I wasn't a valued customer. read more

The employee went in the back end bought out baby roses and went on to tell me how good they smelled as she held them to her nose. The flowers were wilted. Very disappointed.
