There were some dioramas, maybe 1/25 scale, of camp life, caravan, and ceremonies. The only real issue I had was that all of the items were displayed together with Nez-perce, crow, Blackfoot, and other tribes all together. Well, I take that back, the gift shop is way overpriced! For any perceived faults, the low entrance fee and the staff made this a good stop to make.

There was also a Canada Day barbecue with cake. We had only planned to stay half the day but ended up staying the entire day. It was well worth the time spent. There was a gift shop selling all the usual tourist trinkets. The plays were humorous and well presented. And all of the staff were friendly and pleasant. My only recommendation is on a hot day to bring an umbrella for shade as the benches around the riding stable do not have sunshade cover.

Donovan Troy, our guide told us about how all the parts of the Buffalo were used and stored for the future generations. The UNESCO Heritage Center was beautifully displayed. We followed the boardwalk outside to see the Buffalo cliff. The grounds are lovely. This was an informative stop. Three thousand acres is the size of this First Nation land. There were elevators, restrooms and a gift shop.

What a quaint reconstructed pioneer village of the early 1900's in this area. Objects of the period that people still had and wanted to help preserve that part of their history! We ate "supper" there and had hamburgers from one of the owners ranch in the area, no frozen beef from who knows where! Everyone was friendly and the one volunteer in the garage had two of his 1929 motel A Fords fully functioning he loved talking about! Everyone was great!
