For what they charge, I was expecting more punctuality. The customer service lady asked me if I had some place to be. Yes, if I want to just sit there and relax I can do that at home. I showed up on time, I just wanted the same courtesy. To top it off, my masseuse was on his phone a bunch of times. Half of my massage was one handed.
