Many tears ago the the company that vinyl king bought installed siding on my house. Recently I noticed some discoloring in one section and called the current company when I found out the work was done by a company that that this company bought. About 13 years ago my siding was installed. The warranty was for 15 years however, the the style I had installed was discontinued many years ago. The new owner, who could have easily just said "sorry, nothing we can do" instead literally spent months contacting other distributors of this manufacturer to see if perhaps there was some of the stock I needed tucked away in some warehouse collecting dust. After almost six months he called and told me that he found a very close substitute that could hardly be distinguished from mine. Two days later his crew showed up an in no time the replacement siding was installed and even I could not tell the difference in the section that was replaced. In this day and age this type of professionalism and customer service is basically extinct. They went beyond expectations to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Highly recommend!! We recently had a plumbing leak that turned into a plumbing nightmare. Walls…read morehad to be opened up in the bathroom and the kitchen below. Tiles removed, cabinets removed, walls cut out, plumbing lines replaced...it was a Disaster. 2 things went our way (1) the insurance company covered all costs (2) Darrell and his team handled the entire job, start to finish. We didn't have to call a bunch of different contractors in, they handled it all, even helped us work with the insurance company and came in on budget (which is unheard of) Darrell and his very competent and meticulous staff, especially Zsolt, not only solved the mystery of the leak but fixed it in a timely manner and made all necessary wall, tile, etc repairs. You would never know any work was done. Darrell made numerous inspections of the work to insure all was in order and we were satisfied with the work ... which we definitely were. Our house and our lives are back in order (actually better than before). We are posting this review to let others know there is a contractor that actually knows what he is doing, who you can actually trust to do what he says, who actually cares about his customers.
