The owner dismissed me and said, "why don't you take a picture or video and email it to me". I explained to him that I know the exact piece and size and just need to know if they have it in stock. He then handed me off to his associate for further help. The associate got me what I needed and I paid. As I was paying I asked the owner a question about recommended assembly technique and he looks up at me and rudely says "listen, I have a crap load of work to do. I don't have time for this". The phone then rings and he answers it and was sweet as pie to the lady on the phone. He then started discussing politics and how much he doesn't like the "other side of the aisle". Holy unprofessional. Would never go back to there.
