She will fight tooth and nail to get an award that you deserve. John and Eitan are also wonderful as they are enthusiastic, responsive, and make you feel like family. All of these attorneys are extremely skilled and very proactive. Natalie constantly reassured me to relax and spend my time healing and not worrying about anything. She let me know that she had my back and that she would take care of everything. THIS WOMAN DID NOT LIE! She was efficient, honest, and quick in achieving amazing results! Natalie was recommended to me by a friend that was represented by her in the past. I had another attorney representing me, and within hours, Natalie had proof of everything my former attorney had done wrong and gaps in efficiency. The friend that recommended me, had also recommended this firm to other friends and EVERYONE ended up with great award settlements. After my case was settled, I immediately recommended my mom, who currently is being represented by a very famous law group. She is in the process of switching over to Ogen and Sedaghati. Even in the consultation with my mom, Natalie was able to give my mom more info on her case than the attorney that has been representing her for the last 2.5 years! Go O&S! You guys rock. Surely, the best in town!

Natalie, of Ogen and Sedaghati, is absolutely the best attorney I have ever experienced. Natalie assured me that she would take care of all legal aspects and advised me throughout the process. Most attorneys treat clients like a meat factory, but this firm treats its clients like family. My health costs and compensation was received above my expectations because of the expertise this firm possesses. Thank you so much, Ogen and Sedeghati for everything you have done to help me and my family throughout this ordeal. I will recommend you to anyone that needs legal help. You truly earned the title of Super Lawyers of NYC.

This…read morehappened on multiple occasions and the judge even openly said he was annoyed with our lawyer. We had to flag her down in a different court room because she wasn't around in our court room when the judge called. Other lawyers in the court building carried papers containing details of their cases. Ms. Scheiber didn't know the details of our case while representing us. The judge even commented on this and wondered why our lawyer didn't seem to know significant details of our case. She would walk into the court room with her hands empty, going from court room to court room in this manner, "representing" multiple clients at the same time. She clearly did minimal work in her legal services. Outside the court room she even said it didn't matter to her which side won while speaking with the opposite side. It's all the same to Ms. Scheiber how the case turned out. When asked about her inability to serve in the court room, she said she wasn't just representing us but had to deal with multiple clients, using this as an excuse for her poor performance. It's not an excuse. She needs to take on fewer clients if she cannot handle so many, which she clearly could not. She has the audacity to charge money for such legal services. Please find yourself a better lawyer who actually prepares before the case and who hasn't overloaded themselves to this extent. Her legal services will be at your detriment.

She listened to the dispute, and immediately pointed out the different tactics the landlord was using; where they had legal standing and where I had legal standing. She went through the options I had very clearly, and gave me a heads up on what the potential risks were for each action. This firm also cares about clients!! Jordan did not charge me for a consultation and was upfront about all costs should I enter into legal disputes with the landlord. Will be my go-to legal firm for any issues, can't recommend enough. :)

Does this firm have professional ethics? Are they being honest with their client? I highly doubt…read moreit. My experience with this firm is a disaster. It's about contacting you "diligently" to get your lawyer fee paid but being negligent and insincere when they think me is not a wealthy client who could pay them. Here is my story: After following our tenant-landlord dispute case for six months and charging us a 1.5k lawyer's fee, my case finally fell into the legal proceeding. However, shockingly, this firm told us that they are unfortunately not able to represent us because they are not qualified because we live in upstate, and also they don't have time to dedicate to my case. This, is a total lie and after I pointed out their pretexts pointedly, all attorneys in this firm remained silent again. I am not the type of person who is cynical and think people in a bad way. But in this case, I need their explanation but I doubt they could give me a reasonable one. It's laughable that they even don't found that the reasons given are self-contradictory. If the first reason (not qualified) is the truth, then the second reason(no time) is redundant, right? It's pathetic that your lawyer would choose to lie to you. They are not giving the real reason why they refused to take my case. They are covering their inappropriateness in taking a client's case with greed. When I first contact Attorney David Moss six months ago. He told me that he could handle our dispute but we have to sign a new representation agreement in the situation that my case go to court. I agreed. What type of lawyer would fail to disclose that he/she is not able to represent the client? Shouldn't Attorney David Moss know that this fact is critical for a client to evaluate whether to hire this firm? If they are truly unqualified to represent my case because we live in upstate, then their practice is highly unethical from a client's stand of point. I want to ask Attorney David Moss and Attorney Jordan Tapia: If you have known that all along for 6 months, why not tell us in the beginning? Why waste our time? Why gives us the expectation that you would represent us in court if the dispute worsens? Don't you know this fact is critical for us? If we had know that your qualification is lacking then we won't hire you in the first place! However, there is another theory in my mind. Even though I am not a lawyer, I can see they are just lying to me without giving me the real reason. They are either not hoping to earn a decent amount of attorney from us or they are just incompetent in dealing my case. That's why I hope they could give us some legitimate reasons like "not expecting us could afford the representation fee." That would make me feel better. But "not qualified to representation" and "not having enough time to dedicate"? What? You are saying that after knowing all the facts and evidence for six months, you finally "found out" that you are not qualified to represent our case and you have NO TIME to prepare? I take them as a total lie and pretext. I was expecting my lawyer would be honest with me. But this experience totally shatters my expectation for what a lawyer would be like. After I received the court's hearing document weeks ago, I contacted this firm immediately because they have followed my case till now and I expected them to be well prepared for this case. First, they told me to adjourn the hearing, which I totally understand because perhaps they needed more time to prepare. However, they remained in total silence for ten days with out contacting me! (The hearing date is coming) If I had not contacted them today, they would not tell us that they could not take our case! Do you really care about your client?Does it take ten days to find out you ARE NOT QUALIFIED and NOT HAVING ENOUGH TIME? Or are you just not competent in the landlord-tenant case? Now, with the hearing to take place soon, I have to take my case to another lawyer. I am furious and frustrated and disappointed! I would consider reporting this firm to the Bar Council and Judicial Agency.
