I have experienced very, very little regrowth, and anything that does regrow is thin and fine. For maintenance during the summer months, I might do a light touch-up with an epilator. I'm attaching a before and after picture - my "before" was taken a few days before my very first treatment, and my "after" is just before my recent touchup (no epilating or shaving). I went in recently for a touchup, since I figured it's better to stay on top of things, and my experience was fantastic. Still the same outstanding service, cleanliness, and speed as before. I was in and out in record time and didn't even experience much redness or irritation.

I called a week later and said the right side is smaller. I am not the only one who noticed. I went back in and she said it looks fine but if I wanted to I could pay another $600 to put more in. So I will have to pay for her mistake. I wouldn't mind so much, but I told her while I was there I needed more on the right side. So it annoys me every time I look at it because I wasn't going to pay her again and I will not go back there.

Then she removed the sterilized laser head from a sterile bag, and immediately puts it down on the non-sterile counter. I reminded her that it wasn't sterile, but she responded "it's clean though." I had to ask her to wipe it with alcohol. Then she applies the laser, the very first shot broke the skin (like she said it wouldn't) and started to bleed. She turns down the power and continues. It seems like you should start low and work your way up, not vice versa. Basic stuff. Lots of blistering & bleeding. Overall: not clean, not knowledgeable, not recommended.
