I I had lip filler a month ago. When Angela had a little filler left, I told her I needed more in my upper lip, right side. She said I don't, the left side is just swollen. I called a week later and said the right side is smaller. I am not the only one who noticed. I went back in and she said it looks fine but if I wanted to I could pay another $600 to put more in. So I will have to pay for her mistake. I wouldn't mind so much, but I told her while I was there I needed more on the right side. After filling out all of their requested paperwork, having a consult, physically preparing, scheduling an appointment and paying for my procedure in full all days in advance, the clinic calls me 10 minutes before my appointment saying they can't proceed because they didn't thoroughly read through my paperwork and missed something. Very disappointed by this place and their lack of attention to detail and communication. I went to Laser MD for the first time this weekend, and it wasn't what I anticipated at all and had to decline services. I've never been to any LMS before but I will say this particular location is very small only two seats in the waiting area and what appears to be a make shift additional booth set up in the front. While I was waiting for my Botox appointment my technician was completing a lip filler appointment for another client in that make shift booth, I could hear their entire conversation clearly, thank goodness because that was one of the reasons I did not stay. The client was unhappy about her filler results, she had paid 500 which is 1 syringe if filler which seems like a good price but it was what the tech said that made me doubt her skill and integrity. The client wasn't given any post op instructions regarding icing, massaging etc. the client had to ask if she could ice it to which the tech simply said "yes" the client was expressing concern because she felt she didn't get any results. They seem to have miscommunicated because the tech was letting her know they were swollen and had 20% more volume and the client misunderstood and excitedly asked if they'll get 20% bigger in a few days to which the technician agreed. Anyone who has had filler knows this is wrong information. Your lips are very swollen the first few days and it's about a week until you see the true results and they don't get bigger over time. I wanted to walk out then but i figured I'd talk to her myself and see how things went so she took me in the room and i told her i was considering Botox, she looked at my wrinkle and told me that it was deep and that "botox relaxes the face" untrue & that "i wouldn't see any results the first few times" but if i "keep coming back, over time it will go away" at this point i said i think I'm going to go somewhere else. And then she has the nerve to say "is this because of my accent?" I was so taken back i couldn't believe what I was asked. Insinuating I am racist because your giving misleading and flat out inaccurate information is wildly inappropriate. When i explained to her why I was leaving she started smugly laughing and reached past me to open the door to the room so I could let myself out. & said "it's good it's not because of the accent" again with the accent thing. At this point i just left, thankful I listened to my instincts and left. I didn't get the woman's name, I would not recommend going here. read more

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and understanding (I've been late before coming in from Boston), and the process itself has been very successful. I went here for laser hair removal and it was the worst experience I have ever had. They are rushed and do a very poor job. My treatment lasted less than 8 minutes after I waited more than 20 minutes to get started. They missed a lot of areas and when I asked them to do two more spots (5 seconds); they said no. It's been a while since I was last seen at this place, and I called to book an appointment. They were unwilling to book me an appointment (I have 7 out of 8 sessions remaining) unless I physically drove myself there, and "filled out a waiver". I arrived and the girl at the front desk looked at me like I had six heads when I asked her if I could "fill out the waiver" that I was told to do so that I could book an appointment. Fast forward 25 minutes of my precious lunch hour, I filled out the same questionnaire I filled out years ago when I became a client- this time on an iPad. The only positive thing was that they were able to book me an appointment. I was expecting a different experience when I went. The first half of my sessions were with someone new each week. And I believe that is why I look like I never went to laser hair removal. One girl would do it lightly. The next would burn my skin off. Then the next would be gentle again. Finally towards the end I got some consistency in my technician but it was likely too late to zap everything that the previous ladies didn't get. None of the original staff that worked there when I started going still work there... not sure how to interpret that. But, it meant another new person laser-ing me and I didn't have a familiar face or someone who was familiar with my hair .... In conclusion. Waste of my money. My overall experience at Laser MD MedSpa has been awful. I spent a lot of money to have my legs, bikini, upper lip and under arms done and the end result is not even close to what I expected. All my sessions have been completed and I'm very surprised that I'm still shaving on a regular basis. I understand that everyone has different results, but I didn't think that I would be shaving on a weekly basis. If you're looking to have laser hair removal done, I would suggest researching other companies. I'm embarrassed that I referred two friends there and they are having the same experience/issues as me. As I was filling out paperwork, I overheard employees talking about wanting to taze a client because "she was talking too much". bought a groupon for laser on my underarms. So far, I've had one treatment and I'm very impressed. The procedure was quick and only slightly uncomfortable. the technician who did the lasering was very welcoming. At first, when I had my consultation, I felt very intimidated because all of the staff was gorgeous young and fit women. I thought, Oh dear god. look at my fat self. but I stuck through it and the staff did not turn out to be snobby. Lobby's carpeting needed a cleaning and it definitely isn't a beverly hills upscale place. they have nice touches but the place isn't spotless. Luckily, I wasn't having any procedure with needles done. I am sharing this experience so people can learn from it. When I signed up I was told a nurse is always on the location, that was not true. I was asked to pay in advance for the entire sessions and did, I was never told that the laser MedSpa is using might not work for you, I was told that I will get a good result. The Tech took no more than 5 min for both underarms and another part of the body, I am new to this process so I believed all that I was getting. I spent 8 sessions, and now I have to start the process all over at another company, when I talked to them about hair coming back like normal I was told that the laser that we are using perhaps did not work for you. With a cold reaction, the last person that worked on me told me just to make sure you are using a different laser from their brand than we are if you are going somewhere else. Today I called to cancel my last visit as I am taking antibiotics the manager was not happy and was on the defensive line and hang up the phone on me. I am deeply dissatisfied and because I am a foreigner a full advantage was taken of me I paid over $1000 during the covid year and I got 0 results. It is sad to waste over $1000.00 during these through times and in end they Han up the phone in your face. read more

I have had a horrible experience here at Laser MD MedSpa. This spa makes the customer feel confident in the choice they have made for themselves. they convince the customer that they are making the right choice only to swindle the customers money from them. They say that this products are excellent and work on 95% of all customers and there is a "very slim chance it may not work" for a person. They make you so confident, and happy with no disappoints. They took my only 500.00, and the procedure did nothing for me, it should have done at least something, but it did absolutely nothing. When I went back to them after a week. they did admit that the product and procedure did nothing. They said I would have to call there district office and they would email the info to do so. When I didn't receive any email with the information I ask for that is when I started to call them only to leave one message after another. I understand when they said to me that sometimes this happens, but I did my research and I contact another salon, and the nurse with 30 years of experience said that there should have been some type of change or result, when he looked at me he said I was not told the truth and this does not nor could not have happened. Laser MD used the term that my skin drank it all up and it metabolized into my skin, but when I spoke to the second opinion he said it couldn't have that quickly, maybe in a months time not in a week or two this shouldn't have happened this quickly... I LOVE this place! I have gone to a different laser place previously and the laser hurt and it was just uncomfortable. The laser here is way better and the staff is so nice. Karyn, the manager is always helpful and does great work. The staff never makes you feel uncomfortable. They also offer amazing deals & perk points to redeem for other services. New clients also get a free microdermabrasion facial which was awesome! I would never go to another laser place and plan on getting a lot more work done here. I've been coming here for the past 3 months, firstly to get laser hair removal on my face and then decided to have it done on my armpits too as Ashley has been doing such an excellent job. I did Full Brazilian hair removal with them, and after 5 sessions with them, three girls told me that "the laser they had before sucked and doesn't work" so they offered me two "free extra sessions because I'm a loyal customer". What a bunch of BS. I can clearly see the hair has thinned out, but it's by no means gone. They also didn't do the FULL Brazilian because they didn't cover the entire area when doing the laser. I did under arm laser treatment and I would say I don't think I would go back because of the service. The owner seem a little rude and inconsiderate. I am not sure if it is because I got a groupon for my under arms or what. First time I went they tried to sell me more treatments and I said no. The owner made me feel uncomfortable because I said no. She made it seem like I didn't want to spend my money or didn't have any because I said no. But I'm not rude so I just acted like an adult. I tried to change my appointment once and I called a BUNCH of times and my bf did too on his phone. Couldn't get a hold on anyone and then I called the next time and the owner said she wouldn't charge me for a no sure. Clearly I called a bunch of time but no one picked up. MOST the girls the does the laser treatments are kind of rude and like once or twice I actually had a nice girl because sometimes I ask questions and they just don't care. It's such BAD service especially if the owner doesn't seem to care then the workers don't either. It just doesn't seem like the best customer service there and that they should really work on it. I literally only stayed for my 6 treatments then was ready to never come back because they just made me feel way way too uncomfortable. read more

So in March i applied to Greek Sky to fund some laser hair removal i was going to get done where they had a special for whole body $1900. I was told I could not make an appt until i was approved so I was approved, made the appt, about 2 weeks later I changed my mind to wait until after summer. I then find out my account was ALREADY charged the full amount which i was not told when i received NO treatment. They also didn't tell me how they have a new laser where you have to wait 4 weeks before and after being in the sun to get the laser done. it use to be 2 weeks. Ok, so why would I want this done now through the summer? I think my request to cancel was pretty reasonable with all intents to come back in fall. however, I didn't want to be paying for it all summer monthly without getting it done so I just wanted to cancel it all and then start over in fall. I called and spoke to them and they told me to call green sky and it shouldn't be a problem getting my refund. Green sky then tells me it's up to them to refund me. I call Laser Md Spa again, or should i say about 10x in the matter of 2 days because no on ever answers their phone. I'm told I need to speak with Carly but she wont be in until the following day, and that she'll call me. Friday I wait, No call.. The following Monday, I call again (well several times until someone finally answers). She's not in until Tuesday and they say she'll call me back. Doesn't call. I call again, she's busy and they say she'll call me back. Still never calls. I then call Green Sky again and put in a dispute because I do not want to pay for services I have not gotten done. Now at this point I don't even want to come back in fall! So I end up calling the Acton spa to speak to their manager to see if they can help me. I told the girl who answered what was going on and she said she would have her manager call me when she was done with her client. Of course never calls me back! I now am stuck with a bill of $1900 all because I wanted to WAIT on services and just pay once i went back. This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen and i would not recommend anyone to come here and deal with this. So I wanted to update this since my issue was resolved finally. I finally spoke with Christy at the Braintree location who was more than helpful and apologetic. I was refunded my money since Carly hadn't had me sign the consent form but it really sucks this had to happen. I've been coming here for a good few years. I have not seen any good results since my daughter has been coming here for laser hair removal. I invested so much money for my daughter to get her underarms and legs done. My daughter is on her 7th visit for her underarm treatment and still the hair is growing back profusely. They are attributing it to puberty and hormonal imbalances. The technicians there take no more than 10 minutes to laser both the underarms and full legs. It takes me almost an hour to drive there one way for a visit. Initial evaluation is a wasted visit since no services are performed. But since I have not been happy with the results, they are making us wait until the hair grows back for another evaluation visit. I'm deeply dissatisfied and feel that my daughter is taken advantage of because of her kindness and vulnerability. By the way, it's very difficult to make appointments in Danvers because of their limited available schedules. read more

Relaxation oasis---exactly what every girl needs before hair removal!! Beautiful salon and friendly service. I've always enjoyed my stay. Sometimes morning appointments made me late for work since the machines take 15 minutes to energize. I removed about 73% of hair from my chin after six treatments. A few thin and lighter hairs keep coming back due to stubborn hair recycle growth. I'll need to book again soon when I see more of their deals. Easy to get to back roads or highway. I loved the location as it's super convenient but the main reason I came here was because Nicole was/is amazing at what she does. She was so knowledgeable and thorough which always made me feel so comfortable. You can't just go to anyone when you are getting Botox as I'm sure you all know.
