We purchased our home from Remy's in April 2014 and were living in it by July 2014. This was our first new home and the first time we had gone through a process like this. We did a lot of research online and visited several manufactured home dealers. We talked to Ken Sr. and Ken Jr. several times about the options available for the home we chose which was made by Manufactured Housing Enterprises (MHE) in Ohio. Everyone we dealt with at Remy's was extremely helpful. Every time I called with a question or concern I felt that Ken took the time to answer or find the answer from the manufacturer if necessary. When the house was delivered to Remy's they worked with us to get it delivered to our site within days and we were able to move right in. I appreciate all of the time that they spent working with us and helping to make sure everything went smoothly. Once we moved in we started our list of things that needed to be fixed and there were very few. We turned our list in to them with no urgency on getting the 4 issues fixed as they were very minor, and they sent their guys within a few weeks.
