Called for an estimate (07/23/2018) left message and no return call, next…read moreday called, got estimate. next day (07/25/2018) told them I wanted them to do my gutter install. as they requested I text them my address with a thorough description of garage and house. Asked when they would know what day. They said rain first part of next week just have to watch weather. Tuesday (07/31/2018) I text and asked if they knew what day. On Wednesday (08/01/2018) I received a text saying next week or so due to weather. NINETEEN DAYS LATER ON 08/20/2018 I text them "Wondering about my garage gutter install? Haven't heard anything since August 1st." The next day ON 08/21/2018, All I got was "Hoping Thursday" No apology, no sorry, no nothing! I replied "Ok. Please let me know about what time." On Thursday morning (08/23/2018) I got a text, "White gutter Late afternoon". I replied, "Ok. If I don't answer please call my home phone...I'm on midnights." I NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD. At 6:00 in the EVENING I CALLED AND GOT NO ANSWER, so I left a voicemail and sent a text, telling them I had to leave for work in a half hour, so just forget it, I'll find someone else to go to. That it had been a month and VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.
