So why even talk to a representative of State farm or maybe farmers AAA or what other companies that carries insurance? My agent Tiffany Varao was awesome to work with. I initially only had an auto insurance policy, but Tiffany informed me that I could potentially save a lot of money if I combined my homeowner's policy with my auto policy. I agreed, and she provided me with a new quote in addition to showing me how much I would save. It was definitely a much better deal to combine my policies, so I went ahead and switched my homeowner's policy over to state farm. It was such a seamless process. We've been with Rena MacDonald's State Farm Agency for several years and have nothing but positive things to say about her and her competent staff. We've been fortunate to have had just one small vehicle claim where I was at fault and they took care of the other party's claim in smooth fashion with no other complications or issues. We recently had our redwood fencing demolished in a wind storm and in a matter of hours, the claims process was started and we were funded to get the fencing contractor started within a few days of the damage being done. I was very pleased and amazed at the swiftness, professionalism and genuine concern that everyone from Renas office to the claims office in Georgia, I believe. Superb service and follow through with great and simple to download and use electronic forms for accounting for loss items and contractor bids etc. Aside from the service on claims, Rena MacDonald personally invited my wife and I in to review our coverages and found a number of concerns that while adding a small amount to our premiums, put us in a position of no linger worrying about being properly covered given our home value, age and liabilities in the event of accident or catastrophic event occurrence. Rena has always been available when I need her... Like the commercial! The staff is friendly, always willing to help, and knowledgeable. They can give information and quotes on any car we're looking to buy, changing our policies or adding vehicles. Miranda is my favorite!!! If I could give no stars I would !!! When I really needed my insurance company !! To help me .... They left me stranded!!! I was hit by a hit and run !!! I did not get a license plate!! However I did have 2 witnesses .... My insurance company told me they could not wave my deductible due to the fact that I did not have a license plate hence I got hit by a hit-and-run I did not get a license plate and I was shaken up from the accident they did not cover any medical and I was in pain due to getting it from the back from the other car they told me to walk around to see if I could find a camera to see if they caught the lesson plate if I'm in pain do you really think it's convenient for me to do this I had to pay $500 + Rent-A-Car , and I have 100 % coverage this was clearly a mistake to ever get State Farm's huge inconvenience read more

If I could give this office a negative star rating, I would. Words can hardly express my frustration so this review is on the LIGHTER end of how we feel. For the past 3 months straight my wife and I have had nothing but issues with this company. We are literally having to Email/call them on a daily basis to try & figure out what is going on with our insurance. We are being told incorrect information constantly. One price is given and another is charged. They billed my wife two months in a row an amount larger than what she owed and we had to wait several weeks for a refund. Miranda is rude and speaks to people like they are children. Rena is nice and seems to fix things once she actually gets involved but it is nearly impossible to get ahold of her. Not once have we ever received an apology for their constant mistakes. We are called multiple times weekly to try and have us come in so they can up sale us but we have three cars insured through them and they can't even seem to handle that why would we ever want more products. I can honestly say State Farm or maybe just this office is the absolute worse insurance company. We are looking for a new insurance right now and plan to switch immediately so we do not have to deal with this place!! I suggest if you are interested in switching insurance companies do not come here unless you want constant phone calls and emails, incorrect information, and rude service!! read more

This is the first review I have ever written. I definitely want to share my experience with Miranda LaRocco at Rena Macdonald State Farm insurance in Fairfield Ca. Although Miranda was always a pleasure to work with regarding my insurance needs, it was her desire and ability to provide an amazing service through the State Farm bank (I didn't even know existed) that I want to share. I called Miranda to get a quote on adding my new Honda Fit to my policy. She invited me to come in and discuss financing my car with State Farm. Since Capital One hadn't sent a check to the dealer yet. I left the office with a check to take to the dealer myself. I don't know how she did it but she shortened the number of payments from 72 to 60, and my payments went from $360 to $330. Over $6000 in savings. A week later she did the same for my son that had already been paying on his Mustang for 13 months. When I got a gift card and thank you card for trusting them enough to send my own son is when I decided I needed to learn how to YELP. Please give Miranda the opportunity to help you. You won't regret it ! My sons fiance feels the same way. She is the latest family member to be blessed by this establishment. I wish there was more than five stars. read more
