My first issue came about when I called to add a new car to my commercial policy. Of course nobody answered or called back after several phone calls. II ended up emailing the VIN so I could get coverage. Inszone didn't add the car and it turned out I didn't have coverage for over a month. More recently, Mercury Insurance switched me to paperless billing for my personal auto and homeowners policies without me knowing about the change. Needles to say the policies were cancelled because I didn't receive the renewals. Not a word from Inszone advising about the change in billing or that my policies were in jeopardy of being cancelled. I learned about this on a Friday and purchased policies online through Geico so I would have coverage through the weekend. I followed up with Inszone the following week and it took several weeks to get an auto quote. I more recently asked for a homeowners quote. It's been a week and a half and still no quote. Inszone was able to destroy a 28 year relationship in just a matter or months. They are fired.

I have been driving for 11 years and have a perfect driving record. Also, I was driving a Toyota Tacoma. Not a sports car or anything fancy. Mean while, my sister with AAA way paying $95. She's 4 years younger than me and drove the same exact kind of vehicle and had better coverage. WHAT? After paying that for over a year and having talked to many people who were blown away to find the amount I was paying for the coverage I called Kathy in an attempt to lower my monthly payments. She brought my monthly payments down to $120 (fine) and promised me credit for the money I had been over paying which I never received. This also increased my $500 deductible to $1000. Thank god I never got in an accident. Actually I'm silly for not switching way earlier. We also had an issue with my renters insurance which I don't even get into. Long story short I bought a new car and decided to change insurance companies. I pay $55 less and have 5X better coverage. How does that work?? Some of the young ladies who work here are very pleasant. But when it comes to Allstate and Kathy I honestly felt unvalued and like they didn't care to have my business. So I took it else where! I don't recommend Allstate. Unfortunately.

Long story short, we ended up not only getting the flood insurance, but transferring all of our insurance coverage to Allstate. I subsequently moved back to San Francisco, my home town, but I maintain ties with Vacaville. Susan is still my agent for my auto and renter's insurance. She and Kathy are the most pleasant and most efficient insurance folks I have ever dealt with--by a country mile. I give these fine ladies my highest recommendation for any of your insurance needs.

I suggest staying away from her unless you don't give a rip about your investments. She sure doesn't Update after speaking to another agent we discovered that she lied and we do have coverage. I guess compulsive liars need work too.
