Lisa Tuccori is amazing! My son is active Military and could not get on base without his insurance card, it was after hours, she had given me her cell number, I called her in a panic. She told me not to panic, she said give me a minute... 2 minutes later she had texted the information to my son, he was able to get on base, avoided his car being impounded! She saved the day! The other day my vehicle wouldn't start. After calling the roadside assistance supposedly provided by my warranty and getting no where, I called Olimpia. She confirmed that I had roadside assistance with my policy and conference called the roadside assistance number. I was told the tow truck would be by in an hour. About 45 minutes later Olimpia drove into the parking lot where I was stranded to make sure I was ok and offer us cold water from her office. I was already impressed with how much State Farm was saving us, but with agents like Olimpia, State Farm will have customers for life. She went above and beyond the call of duty!! read more
