This year they had over 270 artists exhibiting their work for sell-contemporary and expert craftsman. I love all of the unique forms of art and handmade jewelry. There is pottery, woodwork, quilting items and so much more. They also have someone "story-telling" at different hours along with live music and all kinds of festival food. You can park in downtown Northport and take the shuttle or park near and walk. Parking is free. $10/person admittance. Make sure you wear comfortable walking shoes. You will be walking on paved paths and also not on paved paths. The exhibits wind all through the park and you have to watch out for uneven ground and sticks that have fallen from the trees.

Last few times we were at Alabama, we were not able to visit this museum; since we attended Alabama football games and the games usually start late. We were able to get in free; since she is an alumni of the school. I'm not a big fan of anything Alabama Crimson Tide affiliated, but this museum was really nice! There were some things i knew about Alabama football and other things I didn't know. They also showed appreciation to Alabama basketball and softball teams.

My vacuum works pretty well again and I'll be back here if I have any problems with it in the future. They also have a wide variety of new and used vacuums to buy as well as sewing machines.
