Given this, I ended up calling a different repairman (from Tuscaloosa Appliance Repair), who did a much better job. Later, the repairman from Hassan called and told me he ordered a control board for the fridge, but I checked and he ordered the wrong one. I told him this on the phone, and he started yelling that he knew what he was doing and that he'd come by the next day to fix it. When he showed up, I refused to let him in nor to pay him. He left, swearing under his breath. I'll also note that the repairman from Tuscaloosa Appliance Repair said that he had many customers contact him after having problems with Hassan Appliances. Apparently, the Hassan repairman is known for cussing people out and doing shoddy work. Save yourself the aggravation - use another service company!

David and another guy, I can't remember his name, were really helpful. They told which brands seemed most reliable and so on. They also recommended using their free delivery service. I've never used a store delivery service and never have had anything free turned out to be free. The refrigerator was to be delivered on a Sunday. On Saturday, I got an automated call telling me that they would be there between 8 and 1. I got up that morning and emptied the old one and removed it from my house. About 1 o'clock I got a call from a lady that said that they weren't going to be able to deliver my refrigerator. I asked why and why they called so late. She replied that she called about 7:30 that morning. I told her that my phone had not rung and my call log didn't show it either. Well, this lady seemed surprised that I wasn't impressed with her effort. I told her I would come get it my damn self. She got mad and I said I was cussing her. I asked her how would she feel if she waited on a delivery, and a dumbass waited until the last minute to let her know, leaving her with food in a cooler. Long story short, I went to Lowe's and demanded to see the manager. The manager knocked another 15% off the total price and apologized. I was happy with my service at the store. However, I'm not happy with the idiot on the phone. I wish I had gotten her name.

The place was VERRY crowded. Clientele was nice. I come with my daughter who has many health issues and we often sit while laundry is washing. He had been taking out the trash, keeping the back door open while he emptied all of the barrels..letting the freezing cold air in. Back to the chairs: He told me he was going to speak to management..I told him I would too as he yelled. He finally went away to tell the lady behind the counter, whom I've never seen before( the 2 NICE normal ladies were not there). She came over and said we would need to move the chairs back.. thru the crowd..I told her if she wanted them back, they could move them and I would never be back..she sarcastically said "ok".. So I'm guessing because you have a good business, although I have been there when the place was deserted, you won't need mine anymore. The man was just TOOO LOUDLY BELLIGERENT..for a petty issue.
