Even in this short time, it has already become one of the most impactful parts of my healing journey, and I still have a long way to go. Because of that, I feel especially grateful for the support I am receiving at this stage. From the very beginning, I have felt supported, heard, and guided in a way that has helped me begin doing deeper internal work. The program does not just focus on surface level coping. It truly encourages you to dig into yourself, understand patterns, and begin to see things from a more honest and self-aware perspective. That level of care has already started to make a meaningful difference in my progress, even early on. The group therapy sessions in particular have been incredibly valuable. Being in a space with others who are also working through their own challenges creates a sense of connection and understanding that is hard to find elsewhere. The therapists do a wonderful job of creating a safe, respectful, and structured environment where people feel comfortable opening up. I have learned just as much from listening to others as I have from my own reflections in group. What stands out most to me is how intentional the program feels. It is clear that the staff are not just going through motions. They are actively invested in helping people grow, heal, and build real insight into themselves. That level of care is not something you find everywhere, and it deserves to be recognized. I also want to give a heartfelt shout out to the therapists Ms. Fatima, Mr. Ed, and Ms. Robin. Thank you for having the hearts that you have to do the work that you do. Your compassion, patience, and dedication truly make a difference, and it does not go unnoticed. Overall, even though I am only at the beginning of this process, I am extremely grateful for my ongoing experience with Riverpoint Behavioral Health. It has already been grounding, eye opening, and genuinely impactful in many ways. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is ready to do the deeper work and wants a supportive environment to do it in.

I have not had a call but they to get your money, but they're not quick to give you an appointment and that was my day that I could do that with my kid since they couldn't accommodate me for a Spanish speaker and I could change the appointment later time they said no so why should I have them switch my appointment if you can accommodate me, but you want me to accommodate you to give me another day without even telling me.

My family's experience with therapist Ashli Adriano and her supervisor Arlet Napoles has been profoundly unprofessional and harmful. Over several months, I requested basic, legally required information: written treatment plans, progress updates, and supervisor details. I received none. Instead, I got long stretches of silence, excuses, and missing documentation. At one point, there was almost a full month with no communication or notice. Ashli also failed to inform me when my other child had an intake appointment with her. I learned about it from my other child, not the therapist. No parent should ever be excluded like that. The most concerning issue was Ashli giving two completely opposite explanations to each parent about why my children's services were discontinued. She told the father that I was the problem and that my "true colors will show." She told me the services were ended due to his lack of communication as the "custodial parent" and an "insurance mixup" that he hadn't taken care of. I have the written messages showing both versions. They do not match. Her discharge explanation does not match her private texts. This is not a misunderstanding -- this is contradictory, destabilizing behavior from a provider who should remain neutral. Her supervisor, Arlet, did not correct the errors, address the contradictory information, or acknowledge the concerns when they were raised. This experience increased conflict between households, interrupted my children's care, and showed a complete lack of professional accountability. I have never seen a therapist behave this way. Parents deserve honesty, transparency, and consistent communication. We did not receive that here. Proceed with caution.
