This is the first time being out of town where I knew I had to find someone. I received a recommendation but that person, even though he knew my family, would not see a new patient. But I saw good recommendations for Complete Care, and they were able to get me in 2 days later. New patient paperwork was done online, and when I got there I did have to fill out a current assessment, which apparently is what they do with each visit (good idea). I was matched up with Dr. Greg Baumler who spent a lot of time with me and we had a good rapport even before I got on the table. He quickly diagnosed that I had one side probably 3 inches higher than the other, so he was able to adjust that and get me back in balance. I was able to work out over the next week, feeling much better and without pain. I had a 2nd visit, which was more maintanence then anything but gave me even more confidence. Sadly I got sick, so didn't want to go back to the clinic until I was certain I was negative. When I visit the area, I will definitely see Dr.Baumler if I need care. I highly recommend this place. It's conveniently located and they apparently have 6 therapists on staff.

I have Kerry stretch me a couple times a month and really like the heated table that moves your legs. I do have to say that my favorite is the red light therapy & salt booth. The salt benefits are to clear the respiratory system while the red light stimulates collagen, reduces inflammation & lower stress. The check in is located right around the corner from the front door, very quick and even faster to have your card on file.

Women talked to me throughout the entire massage and she was most concerned how I paid as she brought it up twice. I didn't pay with a Groupon, but they offered them. The woman questioned me heavily if I was paying with one...If it's such a concern, don't offer them. The massage was very subpar, I will not be back, unless I need to see a chiropractor.

After my car accident I went for two visits to Dr Kevin. Having never been to a chiropractor I did…read morenot know of the various treatments a chiropractor can give other than "an adjustment" - bone or spine cracking. I've always heard this is the primary treatment offered. Dr Kevin is pleasant and professional. He went over several of the treatments he can offer. He ordered an MRI of my neck bones. He reviewed what the results were of the MRI. I being a nurse, didn't need a lengthy explanation. Informative but more time should have been spent on actual treatment when I was in such pain. I had my cast on my broken arm, in addition. However, after two treatments with a lot of discussion and little actual treatment to ease my acute pain and stiffness only one week after my accident, I was not getting any serious help. Didn't feel any better. I felt Dr. Kevin was hopeful that I would keep coming back so he could do more work with me and of course have repeat business. But driving out for these short 15 minutes appointments was more of a hassle in my opinion when there was little relief. With having to arrange for rides since I'm not driving a car at the present time, I decided not to go back to this chiropractor. When I went to a massage therapist the same week as this initial chiropractic treatment, I learned that some chiropractors focus a lot more on muscle relaxation hands-on techniques in addition to the traditional adjustments. I was referred to other chiropractors who would offer what I was looking for - myofascial release. The massage I got twice in the initial period right after my accident was so therapeutic in easing my pain. I am a strong believer in massage therapy as a therapeutic technique for Muscoskeletal Pain And stress relief. Dr Kevin showed me how he can use a Theragun massager device to relax the neck and back muscles. It's ok. Not great. And definitely not as effective as a real person giving you a real massage on aching muscles. I don't think Dr. Kevin focus as much on this hands-on work which is what I find effective. I've now come to learn from a different chiropractor who is very good with muscle work as well as adjustments, the technique that I seem to favor is called myofascial release. Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. I would say that the ease of getting appointments and traditional chiropractic approach is what you will find helpful if you come to this business. I would add that Dr. Kevin was kind to show my mom what cold laser therapy can do for joint pain. He gave her a complementary treatment for her knee pain. She did feel some pain relief initially but it wore off after 2 to 3 hours. She decided not to have it again as she would have to pay out of pocket for this treatment. She didn't think it was worth the cost out-of-pocket since the relief was only for a couple hours. It might be more helpful for other patients.

They treated…read moreme with personable attention and made sure I stayed with their recommended exercises and not my variations of the correct exercises. :) Over several months I was instructed to increase the variety of exercises and duration as appropriate. I was encouraged to make notes how to do the stretches and do them on my own. After the first weeks, they suggested to come back only weekly which saved me on the co-pays. I hope I don't ever get re-injured, but if I ever need PT again, I'll be back to Sport Rehab on Transit Rd in Depew. Thanks, Phil. Great job in taking care of me!
