Called to get med referal for my mom and ask a few quesitons consering my mom's treatment. Spoke…read morew/young a woman from the office ( I failed to wirte down her name, but next time I will pay a specilal attention with whom I speak!!! ); She was impatient and judgmental, did not let me finish my sentences, interrupted me many times until I got to rise my voice! I am shocked , especially now when my mom's is living thru health crisis . Such rude, uncaring and unprofessional attitude !!! Horrible !
