Yes, it is, until you encounter a bank like 5th/3rd Bank located in the same shopping plaza that was unwilling to break a $50 unless I had an account (and ID!!) for the cash-for-cash 30 second transaction. So, 5 stars to this bank that made change without asking me for account information and just being a bank that knows how to be a bank. If I was staying in the area I'd seriously consider banking with this branch because they are low key and hospitable and seem to value the clients that walk in the door.

A small bank like this is a little behind some of the others with technology and I'm okay with that. Other banks offered internet and mobile banking before VSB and I guess the next "big thing" with come a little behind some of the conglomerates but that's okay with me. My banker knows my name and I know theirs. I believe banking should be a relationship business and VSB is exactly that. (If I want a coffee house, I will go to Starbucks-good luck with that Cap One)

Large lobby, multiple business cubicles, a large plexiglass protected bank counter with four stations. Service has been stellar each visit. I usually end up at Olivia's window and she is always kind and helpful. While the outside leaves a bit to be desired, the interior is well kept and clean. I do not do much in person banking anymore, but when the need arises, this is my go-to Regions branch on this end of town.

You will be given a cashiers check. Do you think there was no problem??? Of fucking course there was a problem. I was told I had to get a copy of her will, submit the death certificate again and then it would be sent to their LEGAL department!!! WTAF is supposed to happen if LEGAL doesn't approve it? It's 100% like they're trying to keep my mom's money. Everything single time that we have ever dealt with them there has been a problem What ever you do, don't bank with these people. River gate office is always horrible . Dropped a check off in the night deposit for a loan payment…read more. Payment was due on the 25th dropped it off on the 24 th . Received a voicemail that they couldn't process the check because it was dated for the 25th . I assumed they would process it the next day . A week later I get a text mail that I have a late fee coming up if I don't oay it . I went to the CU branch and they said they had to have permission from me to process it makes no sense at all . It was for a payment of a loan that I have through them . Anyway 3 more payments and I can loose that branch . All of the other locations are great to work with .

However, a bank employee asks if I have an account in this bank. So, honestly, when I said no, she refused to exchange. In vain, my bank is a little far away, but I headed to the Truist Bank where I have accounts. Here, without asking such a question, she changed it right away. I thought about changing to Bank of America because my bank was far away, but I decided to just stay with the Truist Bank after this incident. In the past, they changed it well in the Bank of America, but today the employee who made me wait for a long time and get out in vain. She must be twisted in her mind for any reason.

This is somewhat of a small branch compared to others than I'm used to. There are only two windows for tellers to assist customers, but there seems to be ample offices for bank representatives to handle other types of financial business. Upon my arrival I was promptly greeted in the lobby and directed to the teller window. The teller was pleasant and quickly assisted me with my transaction, and then I was on my way. There is a drive-up ATM on the premises and ample parking for customers. My one big disappointment is that this location does NOT have a drive-up teller. That's one reason why I despise Bank of America, so I was not excited to see that the newest Chase location does not have this feature. It seems that they want people to either use the ATM or come inside to the branch.

It is a small branch, walk in and walk up services only, no drive thru. I popped in to deal with a continuous mortgage issue that the online and phone agents were consistently unable to help me with. I needed to ensure a detailed request was received in order to update our account and remove a name. The experience with Wells Fargo since my mothers passing, and relating to our shared property in Florida, has been awful. I have visited other branches and received equally terrible results, so I did not have high hopes for this location, however Josue was an absolute MVP. He was very understanding, patient and helpful. I provided him the letter, told him what I was there to achieve, and what I had experienced thus far. He did a bit of research to ensure everything I was told so far was accurate, as he did not want me to have any additional issues. This included verifying the fax number I was given to send the letter. I appreciate his efforts and for one instance in the last 16 months of dealing with WF, I felt okay. Overall, this branch is small, but mighty in the sense of service. I appreciated the efforts and if the need arises again, I would not hesitate to visit this branch.
