Now I won't comment on Wells Fargo as a company, because I've had my qualms with them through the years. But the staff at this particular branch are wonderful! Especially BRANDON! He is the nicest, most helpful, detail oriented, customer service focused employee I've had anywhere in a long time! It's so refreshing to have experienced. I came in last week on a day that I was particularly struggling through, and Brandon made my day with his friendliness and willingness to help. Wells Fargo doesn't care about me. Not only is the nearest branch in the next state, they expect me to upgrade my computer in order to bank online with them. Plus they no longer list a chat function or email address for customer support. Last time I tried to call them it took forever and I wound up talking to someone who had English as their third language. Don't give me the Corona virus as an excuse. Your support has been slipping for years. After being affiliated with this institution for almost 40 years I'm going to find another option. I'm done. read more

I use WF as my own personal bank. They are very nice and friendly. Their loan officers are so knowledgeable about their products and make you feel covered when I leave. They have savings programs setup for adults and children. And they aren't hard to find. read more

Worst customer service!!!!!!! I've been trying to open an additional account with them for the last 5 weeks with no luck! You can't walk up to the branch because the door is always close, I only wanted to make an appointment, the NEVER answer the phone, I've left over 5 voicemails with my personal info and contact info & never got a call back! I've had no problems with Wells Fargo in general, but this particular location is not the best!!! They're extremely slow, it always take me 25 minutes or longer to go through the drive through and deposit or withdrawal money. As a business owner I make weekly deposits, sometimes twice a week and I DREAD coming here every time bc I know it's going to take forever. Other than that I've been satisfied with my banking services overall. They just need more staff or a more efficient process inside!!!! read more

Their customer service was good at the bank but their customer service over the phone could not give me proper information they closed my bank account due to a problem over 10 years ago this is ridiculous they should have not have had to close my account over this problem someone gave me a bad check and they held it against me I open my account at this Branch read more

*since the other listing for this same location has now been mysteriously "closed" I am reposting my review for this listing, which is the same location* (if that makes any sense) I find it incredibly annoying that this branch operates differently from the branch in Brentwood. I have never had a problem cashing checks of any amount no matter what my checking account balance was in Brentwood but this location won't cash the check unless you have the funds to match it in your account. When I asked why I was told it's because the amount of fraud is greater in the Hermitage area than in Brentwood. AND??? They should base their customer services based on the individual customer, NOT the general area. So, now, because I work in Hermitage and not Brentwood anymore I am penalized and don't have immediate access to MY money. That sh*it pisses me off. I have never presented a fraudulent check and I have RARELY ever had a returned checking item in the last 10 years I've been with Wells Fargo. Guess they don't take that into consideration. Guess it's time to start looking for a another banking institution, although I'm sure they're all nearly the same. read more

As a business owner, I do a lot of banking at several different banks. Of all the banks I deal with, this Wells Fargo branch is the absolute worst. The only business I even conduct at this branch is making deposits, yet every single visit is a total hassle. They make it difficult for me to give them my money- how does this even make sense? I can go to the Regions branch down the street and do an international wire in less time than it takes me to deposit one check in the Wells Fargo drive-thru. This branch is terrible. read more

I would recommend using any other bank than Wells Fargo. Got a home equity line for with a card attached went to use it only to find out it had a cap had to have the contractor run three different transactions . How humiliating. Tried to go into get cash and they would not do that either. Had issues with them in California but I now know that it is systemic Always trying to pull something. I have no idea why this place has gotten bad reviews. I can honestly say that this branch is absolutely amazing. The people here are absolute sweethearts and swift. It only took one visit and by the next time I came in, they remembered me by name! I felt very at home here. Their willingness to help and address any issues I have is unmatched.
