After Capstar deducted their loan payment then the property owner would get paid from Capstar. Imagine you owning a commercial property and your tenant pays the rent to the bank and not you. This reminds me of a government overreach infringing on individual property rights. I don't recommend this bank for a commercial loan.

I am unable to add external payment methods for my loan even though there is a section to do it in the app it will not accept my debit cards. When attempting to do the "express pay" option (its anything but express) it requires a member number to perform (youd think that would be easy to find) which when you go to your account and actually find your member number guess what? It wont accept that number. It wont allow you to pair an external account with an account and routing number either. Do not finance through them.

They were the insurance company my Realtor recommended. I did not think too much of them at that point, and around 2003 I started looking for other options. I didn't find much in the way that was seriously competitive (I've found a maximum of $49 a year savings thus far if I moved 4 policies to another carrier with a pretty bad rating). I decided to stick with them. In 2004 I got another policy through them. I got into it with the insurance company about a repair, but Bush was not involved and it was no fault of theirs the underwriter was being a jackass. 2004 was about the time when insurance companies were scrambling to cover their asses. I look again at other places, I could have saved $26, Bush was right on Thomson lane near my house and I could drop in any time, I decided to stay with Bush. Geico, who was my car/motorcycle insurance started a new ad campaign that was bugging me, so I decided to check with Bush and see what they had, and in 15 minutes I saved nearly $400 a year by switching FROM Geico. Awww yeah... Several things happen... Cut to last month - I purchase a nice used car and notice my rates go up as now both cars are insured... "but I'm only driving one of them while attempting to sell the old one" - annoys me, I go out to check as my wife's insurance has been wooing me (actually a lot of companies do, long story). And after a woo, we exchange 200 pieces of information, and my auto policies would be $97 less if I included the home, and if I didn't I would be losing $62 a year. So, Bush's picks still manage to be on top. I've been working with Kelly over there for coming up on 10 years now. I've even told her I need information to compare with another company, and it always comes in exactly the format I need. So yeah, I'm pretty happy.
