Can't say very good things right now. My wife and I asked at the branch if a cash deposit before…read morethe bank closes would cover the charges set to go through the bank that day. We were told that, yes, if we got the cash in before the bank closes we would be fine. Today, my wife went to buy groceries and we are negative. There were 180 in overdraft charges. Called the bank to be told that what the lady really meant was if it got in before the registers closed at 4:30, not when the bank closes at 5:30. That is very misleading and my family doesn't have grocery money for the weekend now and the bank is saying that it wasn't there error.

I sent it through and waited and waited. An SUV pulled into lane 4. About a minute later, the display came on and the young man asked me if he could help me. I just stared at him and he finally acknowledged that I was making a deposit. Not long after, I heard the tube lane 4 come down and the SUV drove off, a little later a receipt for my deposit came, I pulled off and immediately called into the bank and asked for the manager. I was told the manager was in a meeting and would call me back. This was 8:39 AM yesterday. I've called twice today and he's not available. I'm not sure what kind of service this location typically provides but this. just didn't sit well with me and I wanted to discuss it with the manager, however, perhaps the service is indicative of that of the manager. I had always thought that first come first serve was the appropriate way of customers.
