He answered all of my questions and was able to provide me with a quote quickly, making the whole process easy from the start. When it came time to schedule, Jen was fantastic to work with over the phone. She answered any and all questions I had and was able to get my Silverado scheduled on short notice, which I really appreciated. Jen was just as helpful when I arrived in person. She took the time to walk me through the different tint options and applications, explained exactly what I was purchasing, and made sure I understood what to expect both during and after the installation. I never felt rushed or pressured and really appreciated her taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with my choices. The installers also did an excellent job on the truck. The finished tint looks great -- clean installation with zero bubbles, wrinkles, or other issues that I could see. Everything came out exactly as I had hoped, and I'm extremely happy with the finished product and how it looks on the Trail Boss. Overall, excellent communication, customer service, and quality of work from everyone I interacted with.
