The tortillas were nicely rolled with the right amount of cheese...they had plenty of sauce so you could soak them up. They came with a side of rice and beans ...the usual. The rice had good texture and wad even better when you mix it w/ the enchilada sauce. The beans were also nice and weren't soggy.... They also gave out free tea which was the perfect thing to finish the meal. My wife definitely wants to return to try out more of their meals.

I ordered a biscuit with sausage gravy, two over easy eggs and two crisp strips of bacon. The wife ordered two pancakes. Our food arrived in a reasonable time, served piping hot. BTW my coffee was very good! A couple things I've learned down here in The Valley: they don't really do biscuits and gravy very well and they don't know how to make GOOD hash browns. Their biscuits aren't fluffy like back home to begin with and then many times they slice them into thirds so you get these thin little slices. Just not my favorite. The sausage gravy was OK. Nothing special. They did cook my OE eggs and crisp bacon perfectly, so on balance it was good. As an added bonus, on Monday and Tuesday if your breakfast is $10 or more, the coffee is free. So I got free coffee. Coleen's pancakes were nothing special in fact, I took a bite and while the flavor was good, they were a little on the tough/chewy side. We'll definitely come back and try some other menu items. The price was totally reasonable - $18 including tax.
