My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and we didn't know anything about buying a home. There was never a time Jeselyn couldn't meet with us, she always made it work, especially considering my husband and I have opposite schedules. Although we were heartbroken about losing the previous house about a month later the house was back on the market because the buyers didn't move forward. The same day the house was back on the market, Jesse reached out to the buyer's realtor and submitted an offer. Luckily, we ended up getting our home. While in escrow Liz kept us up to date with every detail via email and text. We had a difficult time finding home insurance and while every insurance kept turning us away, Liz found various home insurance quotes. After buying our home, there was other stipulation the sellers had agreed on and although Jesse had done his part, he assisted us to make sure everything went well even after closing on the house. I can definitely say they are there to help you before, during, and after the home buying process. I recommend the Jesse Perez Group to my family, friends, or anyone looking to buy a home.
