At The Disco Concert on 8/10/18 and obviously for Pearl Jam too. This was seriously the very worst Merch experience of my life and I have attended hundreds of concerts. They were severely understaffed, only 3 Merch sites in Key Arena, Merch showed up late, the lines were hundreds deep even after the show. You had to choose between missing the show you so wanted to see or not get any Merchandise that is only available at the concert. Soooooo disappointing for many fans.

This company needs to have better customer service and more staff running the booths along with a lot more sizes. I give this company a thumbs down for the service.

Backstory: we recently added a digital lock on our side door. That lock was difficult to rekey, so…read morewe rekeyed out front door to match. So, we needed new house keys. The Universe has a perverse sense of humor and our problems started. I had a "vanity" key pattern I really liked. I found something close. Got it cut at Lowes. It worked in the new side door lock but not the front door. Then we discovered that one of the keys that came with the new lock also didn't work in the front door. I ordered a keyblank like the one I prefer. We tried a (different) locksmith in Everett. He cut the key, it didn't work, he declared the blank "junk" and said "throw it away. He cut me an aluminum key; half of the teeth were missing. We also had a lot of communication problems. We tried another Everett locksmith who claimed they had a blank like I wanted in stock. They didn't. I was frustrated. Today we tried Everett Lock and Safe. They: recut and filed the two almost-working keys to work in the front door AND cut me two working keys with the blanks I like. Extra points for no communication issues. If we need a locksmith or to have another key cut, this is where we will go! 10 stars!

It's better than a lot of other second-hand stores I've been to that overprice literally everything in the place. I saw some items I hadn't seen in a while, and there was ample things to look through, including some old video game accessories I hadn't seen in years! While quaint and has a lot of cool things to see, it's still definitely a second-hand store, and has a bit of a grime feel to it. Probably should keep some hand sanitizer at the ready when done. I didn't find anything that called out enough for me to purchase, so I can't speak to the staff or service there. From what I saw though they appeared friendly. Sort of appreciated the old-school nature of the front desk operations. I might be back, but probably infrequently.

Nearby, we saw the sign for "Anime World" and decided to take a look. The merchandise includes caps, plushies, beanies, backpacks, t-shirts, bag charms, and more! They have a huge selection of posters, from wall scroll, paper, and lenticular 3D posters too. All of which are fairly priced and you can get good deals on sometimes! Not to mention they be having super cool Pokémon, studio Ghibli plushies, cute anime keychains accessories & lanyards, great quality anime cosplay costumes, and have a good selection of anime figurines too. Staff are super kind too and have always felt super chill to chat with and asking questions. (Also as a lil bonus if you're more of an online shopping type of person, they do have a online store too!
