What a lovely lady that really cares that your scrubs got, are compatible with ones you already have, and that you get the right size. Whenever I feel like getting quality scrubs (as opposed to Walmart or Goodwill), I come here. One thing, it was really awkward one time because I think she likes to close early. I shopped up 30min until closing and the door was locked! She ran up to the door to unlock it but it made me feel like I was taking up her time. Pet peeve of mine would be people that aren't on time. Their hours state they open at 10 am, any time I've been there at that time or shortly after NO ONE IS THERE. They should consider changing their hours or, their employees. This is the only reason for two stars. The selection of colors and brands are good. In the past I have had ok experiences here. But this last one was frustrating. I want in to try some things on early October and ended up putting an order in to be delivered to the store. I double checked with the women AT LEAST three times to order one shirt, 2XL and 2 pairs of XL petite scrub bottoms. I reiterated a few times that I needed TWO pairs of Xl pants and NOT 2XL pants. When I got the call to pick up a week and a half later and then came in the pants were 2XL. I then proceeded to tell the lady at the front that this is incorrect and these won't fit me. She asked my to try them on, so I obliged. I went back to the counter to say this will not work. And she Tried to tell me that they will shrink in the wash. I asked if I could just leave them to order another pair and she continued to push the pants. I said these really aren't the ones I want and she asked if I sewed! She told me to have someone take in the pants! She would not refund me! I pre paid and I had the receipt. Also, I was told my scrub top was on back order until the 20th of October and I proceeded to put an order in anyway, and I have yet to get a call for my scrub top on 10/30. I would suggest ordering online or driving down to scrubs and beyond in Lynwood of you are in need. read more

I had an excellent experience when I was in purchasing scrubs. When I went to return a pair of completely unworn shoes my fiance had picked up from them the previous day the older woman who works there basically insisted the shoes had been worn and she would be unable to resell them at full retail price. I had never taken the shoes out of the box while they were in my possession. She took the perfectly unworn shoes out of the box and argued with me that they had been worn. I could not believe that she could even make such an accusation since the shoes were sitting right there on the counter- least of all to a six-month-pregnant woman. She said she would refund me this one time. Please only purchase items here that you plan to keep. After this ridiculous encounter I told her I would like a refund for the pants that I had also purchased 3 weeks ago and had not received. She simply would not honor this because I did not have the receipt on hand even though she just refunded me for the shoes sans receipt. Her daughter who owns the store did called me to apologize but the damage had been done. This was hands down the worst customer service experience of my life. I am not a confrontational person at all, I am not the type to write a bad review but I feel others should be warned. No customer should have to feel like a criminal. read more

Just moved to WA state and needed specific colored scrubs for a new job. I saw information online and some reviews on Scrub City so thought I would check it out. Selection was alright, nothing special but decent although they are lacking in size selections. All the small tops (an average size and obviously the most popular) were gone for many different brands forcing me to have the store order them for me. I was told it would take 2 weeks and that I would receive a call when the order was being shipped to my house. I paid for the items ordered plus extra for shipping. It has been three weeks and still no scrubs. I contacted them wondering what was going on and why I hadn't been updated and all the girl could say was, "yeah, I don't really know" to every question I asked. When asked if this is their normal turnaround time or if this is a onetime thing the girl said, "Sometimes certain brands take a really long time, guess I should have mentioned that huh? I would cancel my order and ask for a refund but unfortunately I purchased two scrub pants that I now don't have any tops to match. I will simply await my order arrival, if and when it ever comes through. I will definitely not being shopping here again, or ordering with them online. I am so happy I went here based on previous Yelp reviews! First, I went to Life Uniform in Lynnwood and was highly disappointed in their selection and customer service. Grace at Scrub City was AMAZING!! She was very helpful suggesting styles and brands that fit my body type and helping me place an order. They do have a smaller selection in store, but are willing to order anything and have all the catalogs there for you to browse though. Very patient and friendly. Definitely will be coming back and referring all my coworkers here. read more

I've shopped around at a couple places (whistle workwear, life uniforn, & acorn uniforms) and not only does Scrub City beat their prices but the ladies that work there exemplify customer service. If they don't have it, they can order it. For the prices the wait is worth it. If it is your birthday month, they offer a 35% discount. No I am not joking.
