This point by point estimate let us know where our money was going in paint, supplies and labor, where other estimates where far more expensive and we had to guess why the difference was so drastic. Possible issues and concerns were pointed out and given several options on how to tackle these issues. Upon agreeing to go with Home Pros we had all of our documents in order the same day, and scheduled quickly around my needs. We had some more wood rot that wasn't visible upon first inspection and were advised on what we could do about it. However some of the wood beams on another portion of the house at first glance looked like they might need replacement and didn't. We received excellent communication with Jose who was managing our job, attention to detail and fixing up faults that caused our previous damage. At the end of the day due to additions and not needing certain replacements we came up under our initial estimate. The entire experience was absolutely ideal and they will be who I look towards contracting for my next product.
