Worse run office ever. Told twice my appointment was in the villages office. Get there on no, it's Leesburg. Do u want to go there? Awwww nooooo. I'll sticks with Messo. Was here once before fir one of their specials. Was total rush job. No experience. Won't be back! read more

I have rosacea and sensitive skin and I have been getting facials for about 40 years because of that. Kendra is one of the best aestheticians I have ever been to. She is very attentive, thorough, professional, and does a very high quality medical facial. By that I mean she examines my skin and evaluates my needs and proceeds accordingly with an individualized, appropriate treatment. It is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach. She uses very good products and is gentle with extractions. I leave there with my skin feeling soft and smooth, not red and tender. I like the Diamond Glo and the dermaplaning. For what it's worth, I am in my 70's and I get compliments on my wrinkle-free skin all the time. Plus, I have not had a rosacea outbreak for many years. An excellent facial is well worth the time and investment. Kendra is tops in her field and you can tell she likes what she's doing. Overall, a most pleasant experience and great gift to yourself! read more

Dr. Dino Madonna, MD is a board-certified facial plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist. He is a surgical specialist dedicated to the enhancement of a person's appearance through cosmetic surgery. As Medical Director and Physician, Face 2 Face fulfilled Dr. Madonna's dream to expand Lake Ear, Nose, Throat and Facial Plastic Surgery's services to include aesthetics and wellness. Dr. Madonna specializes in plastic procedures focusing from the shoulders up, including face and neck lifts as well as reconstruction and repair of the nose, eyelids, chin, ears, brow and forehead. After his residency, he completed a Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship accredited by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Contrary to the majority of establishments belief that provide a service to individuals be it medical or whatever, it is the customers that keep you going and not the other way around so lose your stinking attitudes, as I for one don't and wont ever tolerate it & you. In finally getting to speak with I assume was unbelievably the doctor's patient coordinator Laurie, as she insisted on only speaking to the possible driver, if I, the one who found them for my mom, cares for her 24/7/365 and was paying for her had in fact agreed on everything, such as the treatment plan, cost and etc, which I did not, just started turning me off greatly right from the onset. What really made me make the final decision of taking my mom somewhere else was, here Laurie is abruptly interrupting me while I'm trying to convey to her my mother's medical need for contact and then very prematurely outlining the necessary policies for pre-op along with unbelievably what medications will be used for the procedure. All this when we haven't agreed or committed to anything or even seen the doctor yet. I don't know if their mindset is for a medical drive thru yet let's just slow down here shall we, as this is my elderly mother's life here and not just a hamburger or etc. How by just speaking on the phone can someone, who hasn't seen the patient or isn't even the one who will ultimately perform the procedure, if in fact agreed upon, determine the price, what exactly is needed in regards to medications or anything, as this along with the abrupt interruptions and very obvious attitude greatly soured me and turned me off to going any further. Yes I know costs are mostly everyones concern yet for me good quality & genuinely caring service is far more important and especially when it's for a loved one, and unfortunately it's something I just didn't feel was here.

Once they read that, they sent me a letter threatening prosecution, lawsuits and so on. The office uses fake names to leave themselves good reviews. They use those same names to leave fake negative reviews for their local competitors and any patients that leave a bad review. They had never been one of my customers and only knew the name of the business from the paperwork I filled out. They posted a lie saying we dont call back and something about money. They tried to sound "urban" maybe and messed it all up. That bad review was up there for a year before I knew it, and I WILL NOT just let it go. I have just begun to set this right. The difference between them and me, I will only post the truth, anything they say will just help my case for malicious slander ,.... I really have no idea what to call what they are doing, I just know it is wrong. Something is very wrong with this place

Naturally, I agreed. What they didn't say is that this little shave qualified as "surgery" and I was going to owe them a lot more money. 2nd visit, they found another spot, shaved some off and sent it for a biopsy. Again, I was billed for a "surgery". I was then told I had to have the spot removed. Now I have a two-inch-long scar across my back, racked up charges for three surgeries, yet the biopsies came back benign. When bills started arriving indicating that I owed them hundreds upon hundreds more than the co-pays I had already given them, my insurance company said it was because I've had three surgeries when I was told two of them were just office visits. In my opinion, Dr. Gurgen is a specialist at bilking people out of their money!
